Utech came for a consultation soon after I called them. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in the same day. they explained what cause the water leak very clearly and how they fixed it. They cleaned up very well. I would use Utech again.

I had a new Sump Pump installed, along with the backup. A sump pump was never installed, and being that I have a older home came with it's challenges. Chris and Tyreek showed up a half hour early to get started, and what an excellent job they have done. Meanwhile, the Backup Sump Pump could not be installed due to parts that needed to be ordered. Chris came back mid week when I was home. Took the remaining afternoon, and he came back on Friday with Shawn to complete the backup sump pump. Be patient with contractors when they are installing a project like this. I commend Chris. He informed me when he needed to get additional parts to make sure that things were correct. They cleaned up when all was finally completed on this past Friday. I highly recommend Utech if you need a Sump Pump with a Back up Pump installed. Well worth the time and investment of your home. They were very reasonably priced and arrived exactly as scheduled. The project was finished in a day and a half. Much sooner than first thought. The employees were very hardworking and professional. I recommend them very highly.

I highly recommend UTECH for basement waterproofing. Hasan was very accommodating with my schedule when he came out to give an estimate and worked with me to keep the project within my budget. I needed to have UTECH put new drain tile under my concrete basement floor as water kept coming in between the floor and wall. They jack hammered a 12” strip around the entire area, put in the drain pipe, recemented the floor to blend in with the existing floor and put a barrier up on the wall in the same area. UTECH also installed a new sump pump all at a reasonable price. Luisi and Franklin worked non stop and were so polite and friendly. They swept the entire basement floor and cleaned up the area of where the dumpster and cement mixer were placed.

So easy to work with, and great pricing! I had been putting off getting a quote and dealing with the hassle of home improvements for a while. But one phone call, two visits, and only about 2 hrs total and the job is done and looks great. Took less than a week from first call to job completion. Gary was the absolute best!! And I can rest easy knowing the basement will be dry all winter long.

The estimator who came out was receptive to our particular situation and he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The team of installers were professional, friendly, courteous & hardworking. The installers were good at keeping the mess to our basement and outdoors. They were quick and thorough at cleaning up. I was a little worried about the trench they dug in the backyard, but that settled nicely and the grass came in very good after their work was complete. I would utilize UTECH services again in the future if needed and recommend them without reservation.

UTECH was very quick with their response to come out and look at a crack in my basement wall, as was their ability to repair it. Both the estimator and technician were knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and careful with all parts of the process. They even called when an opening was created sooner than my scheduled repair, so the wall was addressed even quicker than anticipated.
