They're top-notch. Had an AC issue for two months, sent out two technicians who did nothing, then Aamir from Prime Hvac showed up and fixed it in under two hours. No complaints - would highly recommend.

Avoid this guy at all costs. The work he did was riddled with issues that still haven't been resolved. Three floors are still dealing with water damage caused by his faulty installation, and he's showing no interest in fixing it. Don't expect him to follow through on his warranty claims either - he's not licensed or certified to do so, and he's completely unresponsive when you try to reach out. He also won't be nearby to make repairs if needed, and will likely come up with a flimsy excuse for why he can't deliver on his promises.
