I recently got a mini split and it's top-notch. The installation was solid and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely suggest Happy Home for any mini split jobs they take on.

Walter and his team installed A/C Havac at my place. No problems with it after two months. Their work was top-notch, completed on schedule.

I hired this company four years ago to install three air conditioners in my home. Recently, one of the units stopped working properly and I called them for assistance. The person who answered the phone told me they were busy and wouldn't be able to send someone for two weeks. I left my contact information, but unfortunately, we had a series of missed appointments before today.

With the temperature soaring at 100 degrees, I needed help right away. However, when I spoke with them today, they claimed they were too busy to fix it immediately. When I expressed frustration about being made to wait for so long, their response was dismissive - essentially telling me to find another company to repair my AC. Their lack of accountability and rudeness is appalling, especially considering the extended period of time I've been waiting for assistance.

I recently had a repair job on my 10-year-old Liebherr fridge, which was recommended by Gringer & Sons. The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. From initial contact, the company's communication and follow-up were excellent, with the same technician, Devin, visiting me multiple times for updates - no need to re-explain the issue each time. Initially, it seemed like a new fridge might be needed, but after a second visit, the dispatch team reassessed and determined that repair was an option. The final visit was just to swap out a part. What impressed me most was the emphasis on clear communication, empathy, and compassion shown by every single person involved throughout the process.

Walter's team installed a split unit AC in my basement, but the job was a disaster. After just two days, water started pouring into the basement from the AC unit. I called them to fix the issue, and their guys came, only to tell me they'd return the next day to complete the work. But they never showed up again. They even stopped answering my calls. When I threatened to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Walter seemed resigned to it. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company to anyone - their service is abysmal and completely unprofessional.

This company seems completely clueless when it comes to decommissioning procedures. I've been trying for a month now to get my heating installed, but it's clear that they don't have the necessary knowledge or training to handle situations like mine.

My research confirmed that my situation is rare because we already removed all gas heating from our house to qualify for a clean heating rebate with Con Edison. However, I've discovered that Con Edison has even sent an email to their project manager about needing retraining on decommissioning procedures. Apparently, it's just a matter of providing an image of the heating system and checking one box on a form.

I shared this information with Con Edison, and they sent an email to their project manager because you can find them on their website. Yet, despite my repeated attempts to get the installation process started, I'm still waiting. The representative from Con Edison's energy services told me that he was surprised by all the back-and-forth and that everything is supposed to be done through their system.

I've now been without heating for six weeks, and it's November in NYC - a 70-year-old mother like myself needs warmth to stay safe. I recently visited Con Edison again, and they assured me that someone will contact me next week. Honestly, this situation is getting ridiculous, and I shouldn't have to call every week about this issue.

I've tried HVAC companies twice before, but neither could fix my Fujitsu system. That was until Happy Home stepped in. Their team is top-notch - Jim was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. His partner, Joe, arranged for a technician to visit promptly. The actual repair guy, Na, got it right the first time - he diagnosed the issue correctly, which wasn't the case with the previous company's month-old assessment. He fixed the problem in just 20 minutes without needing any extra parts. I highly recommend their service; they're efficient, professional, and genuinely honest.

They've done the job twice now - once 6 years ago when I got my first ductless AC, which worked fine, and again recently for a new room. This time around, everything went smoothly and the cost was fair.

I got a referral for an AC splitter installation from a friend and the crew arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and came at a fair price. The AC system now works flawlessly and gets regular use without issues - great job! The team's professionalism and communication were top-notch.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Happy Home, an AC installation company that fell woefully short of expectations. From the outset, the service was abysmal - their representatives are consistently dismissive and unapologetic.

When Walter arrived to address issues with my split AC units in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn, I was left underwhelmed by his demeanor. What's more, it became painfully clear that the technicians employed by Happy Home have little to no idea what they're doing. The installation of Fujitsu units on my property was a mess from start to finish.

Fast forward to a year later, and I was faced with a new set of problems - leaks in multiple AC units across two floors. Specifically, the third-floor mini split unit and second-floor outdoor unit were both plagued by issues. I've since learned that Happy Home's practices are against code: they use makeshift copper pipes instead of proper materials and techniques.

To make matters worse, their water exit pipes were installed incorrectly, leading to blockages and subsequent leaks from the AC units themselves. The entire ordeal has been a costly headache - literally. What's most galling is that Happy Home refuses to take any responsibility for these issues. If you value your time and wallet, steer clear of this company altogether.

I've had a fantastic experience with Happy Home for my HVAC needs. They installed new split units and even snagged me a good deal with Con Edison's rebate program. The two heat/fan units in my bathrooms were a great addition, especially during the warmer months. When I did encounter an issue with the wiring, they promptly came to fix it without any hassle. Their work stands behind their promise, and the technician was friendly and professional - even when the problem arose, he handled it with a smile.

I got referred to Happy Home by a friend and relative who raved about their services. When I called in, Jim answered and we discussed installing a split system in my home. Within days, Walter assessed which units would work best for each room. After agreeing on the installation, they scheduled a date for the team to install the HVAC system - 5 compressors and 9 heads took two full days.

I'm extremely satisfied with the professionalism, service, promptness, and communication. My only regret is that I'd installed this sooner. Their teamwork is top-notch; I highly recommend Happy Home LLC!

Hired Mr. Walter Lin to install heat pumps and his team did a great job, being respectful of my property throughout the process. They completed the work efficiently, finishing in one day. Mr. Walter Lin even accommodated last-minute changes I had, which was impressive. His pricing was also reasonable, making it a solid choice for those looking for heat pump installations.

I went with Diamond Contractors through Mitsubishi's website because they're listed as authorized installers - it was worth paying a bit extra for peace of mind. Walter came to assess my space and offered suggestions, while James handled pricing and answered questions. We agreed on the plan, but I kept emphasizing that all units needed WiFi.

The installation day went smoothly, with the team showing up on time and doing a neat job. They were courteous and professional, even offering advice on where each unit should be placed. At that point, I would've given it 5+ stars without hesitation.

However, things fell apart a week later. Three of the four units connected to WiFi fine, but the fourth refused to work. After calling Mitsubishi, they told me the unit didn't have built-in WiFi - I had asked James about this three times before, by phone, email, and in person on installation day.

The company responded quickly with a technician to install an adapter. Unfortunately, it left a noticeable black wire and device hanging next to the main unit in my living room. This was frustrating because I'd recently bought the home and chosen higher-end mini splits specifically through Diamond Contractors. Seeing this unsightly workaround in such a central space made me disappointed.

While all units now have WiFi functionality, the overall experience has been marred. My wife isn't pleased with the result, and I feel let down despite paying extra, asking the right questions, and even tipping the installers well. If WiFi is a priority, be clear and persistent in verifying specs - that's my advice.

I'm sharing this mixed review because it could have easily been one star. I want to help others avoid similar issues by being honest about my experience with Diamond Contractors.

This technician showed remarkable patience, attention to detail, and thoroughness in trying to fix my AC. Despite multiple attempts by other technicians, he was the only one able to get it up and running. His professionalism and work ethic are impressive - a great experience overall. I highly recommend him.

Excellence in both service delivery and repair quality - definitely recommend for future needs.

New thermostat was installed quickly and efficiently, working flawlessly within an hour of installation.

The technician thoroughly inspected my system and resolved any issues, leaving it running smoothly. He was diligent in his attention to detail and took the time to explain maintenance tips, which lasted around 45 minutes. The confidence that comes with knowing everything is in order makes the cost worthwhile, earning my recommendation for their expertise.

The technician showed up within an hour after the initial call, got my portable A/C working like new again. Their speed and courtesy made the whole process extremely satisfactory.
