Call to inquire about product information and prices, and the shopkeeper refuses to quote over the phone, which is no problem. But hanging up the phone while I'm still talking is unacceptable to me.

My parents’ rental property has a 100-gallon water heater that was installed back in 2007. It started leaking late last night, and we needed a replacement as soon as possible for our tenants. I spent the morning calling around — everywhere I looked online (including Lowe’s and Home Depot) showed delivery times of nearly a month out. I called several supply houses with no luck.

Just when I was about to give up, I called Sanford Plumbing Supply, and to my surprise, they actually had the exact model in stock! That alone speaks volumes about how well stocked and complete their plumbing inventory is. The price was also very fair — much better than I expected.

Their customer service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and honest. I even accidentally overpaid by $20, and they literally ran outside to return it to me. That kind of integrity is rare these days.

Thanks to Sanford Plumbing Supply, we were able to replace the water heater the same day, and our tenants have hot water again. They truly saved the day. I can’t recommend them highly enough

Horrible experience. If you want people who are unprofessional, reckless, and rude then this is the place to call. Ruined my entire day and instead of upholding basic courtesy they decided to yell, be rude and threaten me.

I called every 2 hours. They said "you're on the schedule", also "we will contact tech to get ETA. Never called or showed up. Unreliable.
