Good experience. Technician was knowledgeable. I will say that we had to call them to doublecheck that we were in the queue. But friendly, efficient.

My Mom’s shower drain was slow to drain then from there things got worse. Luckily, Shane (owner) got back to me almost immediately and sent one of his guys, Mike. Mike quickly ascertained there was a main line clog (don’t use Charmin - too thick) and cleared the line for Mom. Mike was conscientious and wore a mask the entire time - outside! Thanks for a great job and we’ll surely use Ajax Sewer Cleaning in the future!

Called them at 8:53AM, service man was at my house within 10 minutes, and had the clog cleared by 9:30AM!! You can't ask or better service than that. I have used Ajax several time over the years and they have always been great.

I used this company in the past for a drain unclog and was satisfied with the service and the price. I had the same problem today and I called and was told I was on the schedule. I kept on calling because nobody ever called back with an ETA. I kept on being assured that somebody would call and nobody ever called. I finally found another company and the tech came within an hour. Will never go back to Ajax. Not recommended.

I woke up and had a bad smell in the basement 8am this morning. Called Ajax a few minutes later and someone was here by 8:30. The Tech was courteous,professional,and thorough. This is the fifth or sixth time i have used Ajax in the last 20+ years and their performance has always been as it was today. Do not believe the negative,and highly bullshit reviews here,as i have a suspicion they are coming from one of their competitors!!!!

This was a great referral from another company to service my sewer line. My service person Micheal was very professional and well mannered. He communicated his progress as he went along. I was very comfortable with having him service my building. Most importantly the price per service was affordable compared to other companies I've contacted. I will be using them again
