Had a gas leak in an apt. I needed a licensed master plumber to fix the leak, file the work permit, pressure test the gas line & schedule the DOB inspection. I called a few plumbers and felt John was the most knowledge and fairly priced. Usually during estimates, I would meet an owner of a construction, electrical, or plumbing company and agree on a price. I rarely see them again. They usually send one of their employees to do the job. Not John, you hire him...you see him, you deal with him. That blew my mind. I'm use to putting my trust into experienced licensed pros and them sending inferior employees to do the real work. I was so glad John was there every step of the way to help me get my gas back on. He always stayed in contact and showed up every single time. I must have spent over 10 hours with him (btw his stories are amazing). His knowledge of plumbing is vast and he is a rare find in these times. He is an up front no BS type of old school plumber.

John is an awesome plumber. John installed a bidet on a flushometer type toilet by hooking it up to the sink that was near my toilet. He is meticulous at doing his job and he is reasonable.

John was very professional and familiar with the legalization process through the Department of Buildings. This matter was very time sensitive as we could not proceed with the sale of our unit until this was resolved. John was very helpful, throughout the process and very fair with his pricing. He was able to procure the permit, so we could proceed with the sale of the unit.

John was hired to do somewhat complexed tasks im my home involving DOB and Con Edison. Upon our first interaction he explained exactly how the process works and he acted upon as soon as we agreed. Unlike some others who made it look like it’s way too complicated just to justify their charges John was very honest and pleasant to work with. During the process there were some bumps that he had to deal with but he did not stress me out about it He handled everything and did what he promised to do in time that he promised to complete. I will never hire anyone else for my pluming job again except John.

John has done a few jobs for our house. He removed a rotted pipe and replaced it and secured it . The old pipe would shake loudly when we used the shower upstairs. That problem has been solved. John also quickly resolved a bad clog in the sink of our upstairs bathroom, and also replaced the air valve in one of our radiators that was not.working. Both jobs were done successfully and quickly. John is an old school plumber and I mean that in the best way. He is always on time, he keeps his word, and he does not overcharge. I highly recommend John for your plumbing and heating needs.

Mary plumbing is nothing short of a blessing! major water leak came out of nowhere in my kitchen. i called and within an hour they arrived. repaired everything and left no mess after they finished(besides my own dirt to clean but that’s okay). angels on earth!!!!

We had main pipe leak between the first and second floor, and he was able to locate the different areas of contention. He then changed the pipes from the previous brass one to copper. Our leaks have stopped. very reliable and honest service. And easy to communicate with.
