Very nice experience: extensive assortment of annuals & perennials including small trees. Lovely set- up. Very neat and tidy with wide aisles. Prices a bit high but that seems to be everywhere lately. Also, hundreds of wonderfully healthy annuals with no identifying care labels, so... make sure you know what you want by sight and know how to take care of it when you get home.

They make it hard to use the coupons they send out. I had six herbs and two $40/bag top soil wanting to use my 20 off 100 coupon but since the herbs are slightly discounted when you buy five I couldn’t. I probably should’ve just put back two herbs but I was a little put off so I paid and left a little disappointed. I can understand clearance being excluded from coupons but I didn’t really expect this… 🤷

Today was our first time there. Our daughter told us about it. This place is amazing. For mother's day my daughter and son bought me rose bushes from there that keep blooming during the summer. So glad we went and will definitely be going back for shrubs. They have it all. The country store is an added bonus too.

I have always liked shopping here, until now. I purchased a buffalo less than 30 days ago and shortly after I purchased it, the price dropped by $100. I came back with my receipt (and the Buffalo) in case they needed to do a full return and repurchase. I was within 30 days of purchase but was told they would not accept the return or attempt any time of price adjustment or other accommodation. I pointed out that there was nothing posted of a no return policy visible either on the receipt, at the register , or where the buffalos are on display. The manager told me he wasn't accepting the return as they were on consignment. I told him I know nothing about how he sources what is sold, I made a purchase from Adam's to the best of my knowledge and that this was bad business to not accept a return with no stated policy in place. The manager was courteous and basically nothing I said would change the fact that he wouldn't accept the return, whether I continued as a customer or not. I did not make a scene in any way but made it very clear to him that this was not right, it was bad business and it's unfortunate that he cared so little about my business or those that I shared this story with. A friend gave me a copy of NYS law that states NYS law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase if in the same condition as when purchased and with a receipt (both of which I had). I don't think I'm done with this just yet. Checking in to my options but wanted my experience documented. There are plenty of other great nurseries out there and I recommend you give them your business or risk being treated as I was. You deserve better as a consumer!

I will never spend another dollar with them. I had two shrubs that I paid $120 for which is way more than I paid last year for shrubs 7 days ago. They started dying off already so I took them back. The lady was very rude and said they were not taken care of.I told her I did nothing to them but water and sit in my garden as I was going to plant them this week. She just kept saying they don’t look like what we have out in the yard they need to be taken care of. I said I did take care of them but she wanted to hear nothing from me. She wouldn’t listen at all. I’m not one to complain but now I’m mad. Why have a warranty if you won’t even do anything about it 7 days later. Such a joke! Don’t spend your money there.

The staff were extremely helpful in picking out some excellent trees for out yard. The provided great planting advice and include a one year warranty on most items.

What an excellent selection of plants! They has so many different flowers and trees to browse. I had gone with my mother specifically to grab rose bushes. There was a plethora of varieties to choose from: climbing roses, mini roses, rose trees, and regular rose bushes-and in array of colors (pink, red, purple, yellow, orange, white, and mixes of the before mentioned colors)! All the plants were healthy and vibrant. I also wanted to point out the customer service was phenomenal, the woman who cashed us out was extremely friendly. I cant wait to go back when I have more time to browse their whole collection.

I have bought 2 trees from them. The first one a 250 weeping birch after planting and removing the stake I realized the stake was hiding a 6 inch gash in the tree ultimately making it die. The second a 200 large shade tree with several ties grown into the trunk. That tree still looks good and is living for now but we will see. Disappointed. 450 for trees of horrible quality. Both were full price and non discounted. You’re better off buying shade trees and plants from Home Depot. My recommendation is go to Russel’s tree farm or Lavocats for the quality.

The selection of shrubs, plants, and yard supplies were astonishing. On top of that the prices are very competitive. Oh and if your active military or retired you get a 10% discount. I was very pleased with that. Lastly, the two ladies at the cash register were friendly and very professional. They were super kind to my son and very helpful to me with checking out.

Absolutely DO NOT Buy From Adam's Nursery - Diseased Plants & No Warranty!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Adam's Nursery and strongly advise against anyone purchasing plants from them. My visit was a complete waste of time and money.

I bought several plants that were on discount, only to discover later that some were clearly suffering from diseases. It's one thing to sell discounted items, but it's completely unacceptable to sell unhealthy plants that will likely die or spread illness to other plants in your garden.

To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue, I was informed by the “manager” Adam's Nursery does not warranty any of their discounted products. This is a predatory policy that effectively punishes customers for trying to save money while still expecting a reasonable quality of product. They are essentially washing their hands of any responsibility for the health of the plants they sell once they've enticed a customer to come in during any sale.

Buyer beware: you're taking a huge gamble with your money and the health of your garden if you buy anything from Adam's Nursery, especially their "discounted" items. I highly, highly recommend you take your business elsewhere to a nursery that stands behind the quality of their plants, regardless of price, and doesn't knowingly sell diseased stock.

Got a beautiful 10' tree from them when I couldn't find one anywhere else. More reasonable than any other pre-cut places around and very friendly! Will definitely be my first stop next year.

ETA: 1 year later, was true to my word and this was my first stop. Had beautiful big trees bit nearly DOUBLED in price. Super disappointed. One of the draws of this place was how reasonable they were. So confused why their prices skyrocketed to now being way more than other local tree places.

Last year they also had a little animal pen. Nothing family friendly this year.

Up until this year, I always did my own spring clean up. I am pretty particular about the curb appeal of my home. As I get older, my son is like "Dad, just have Adams do it!". Well, this year, I did. And I won't ever do it again myself! What a wonderful job Matt and his crew did. They showed up on time, got right to work, and didn't stop until the job was done. They trimmed everything, weeded and cleaned all the beds of old mulch, fertilized and spread beautiful black mulch. We could not be happier with the results!!! Thank you Matt and Adams Nursery!!! See you next spring!!!!

Such cute place! The customer service was outstanding! Two very nice ladies! The prices were beyond reasonable and the variety was great. Was visiting from out of town and the ladies gave great local recommendations. There was a great mix of fall and Christmas. Beautiful!
