These guys are the best!

They will cut grass when wet and Burn out on it and also they don’t clean up the drive ways next to customers when they make a mess, lazy crews...

Great service. Clean up after mowing. Workers courteous.

Horrible for lawn care and snow plowing. Workers don’t care what you have planted, they will mow right over it. Wrecked garbage cans in the winter Snowplowing, have video of it and he did NOT care.

Must make too much money to accept new accounts. Did not email contract. Good luck with your ratings

One of the worst companies I have ever seen, employees smoking cigarettes while mowing grass. Witnessed one of the employees walk into the trailer and smoke marijuana. Stay far far away.

Always on time, great service, my lawn looks great. Best service I ever had, and they bag the lawn clippings and do my edging, the other company never did that. I recommend

Negligent plow drivers are going to hurt someone. There is no reason to be going 30mph in reverse out of a lot into the street. The plow truck crushed my rear passenger quaterpanel and both doors. Sent my Chevy Impala spinning across 3 lanes on Walden Ave. Thank goodness there was no oncoming traffic. Then the fast-talking owner, Billy, comes to meet with the police and almost wrecks his own plow and the parking lot concrete trying to finish the job quickly. Only hire this company if you like shoddy work, excuses, and property damage.

They refused to cut my elderly neighbors yard because it was to tall. She's been a customer of them for years, It's gross to take money from the elderly and not do the work.

They show up every week and do a great job.

Took our money and did not provide service as in contract. Owner extremely unprofessional. Filed a complaint with consumer protection and Billy lied in his response. Next step is filing a grievance with the NYS attorney general. 100% would not recommend, would give zero stars if able!

Billy D has been doing our mowing for about 10 years. They do an excellent job, show up weekly and are done in about 10 minutes. I wish everyone in the neighborhood used his service. I try to sit outside or entertain in the evenings or weekends; and all I hear is my neighbors mowers. It takes them 4-5 hours to finish and wrecks my weekends and down time. Hire his service. It’s worth every dime. Billy is very professional. His team does an excellent job every time.

Billy D has been doing our property for almost 20 years. His service is unparalleled. His regular employees have become staples in our environment. Our lawn always looks great, our driveway is snow free all winter, and our mulch beds are the nicest on our street year after year. To top it all off, I'm convinced that the D stands for the best Damn Deal in town.

I used this company for a few years but they suddenly they stopped replying to phone calls and emails. They have read receipts enabled on their phone, so I know they saw my texts. No response - absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have had issues with them over the past few years but overlooked most because they were reliable. Now that they no longer are reliable, I should warn anyone considering using them that they will destroy your lawn. I'd come home from work to a lawn that looked like a motocross track - they have no heed for whether it rained or not and will turn your lawn to a mud track. They also destroyed my fence to get their equipment through it. Frankly, I'm glad their decision to ignore me as a repeat customer has led me to a higher quality lawn service.

EDIT - I found a voicemail I received from the owner (Billy D) after I returned from a short vacation and found my lawn overgrown and uncut. He sounded quite intoxicated and belligerent as he assured me he never skips cutting peoples lawns. Read the other reviews and you can conclude whether I'm the only person who has asked if he skipped cutting a lawn or not ...

BEWARE OF BILLY D AND HIS COMPANY! Trust the google reviews and go with someone else! Not only is the work sloppy and incomplete, the owner acts like a petulant child and is a crook. He still owes me money for work that was never completed. Billy actually filed a complaint against me with the Lancaster Police Department for asking where my refund was. Words cannot describe how terrible my experience was. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Nice job! I'm a new customer and am happy with this business. Also, the owner got back to me right away when I had a question. So far so good. Update: I’m very happy with my lawn service from Billy Ds. My lawn looks neat and they show up every week. A+
