They were very prompt and responsive to initial inquiry and follow up questions. Estimate was promptly emailed and included photos of the trees. We had a large tree removed from our yard and very high branches cut from another. Crew was courteous and professional. They removed all debris, swept up leaves and remnants leaving our yard just as neat as before the removal. They even put back a stone bird bath and statue that was originally under the removed tree. Highly recommend!!

Cannot say enough about how tremendously satisfied we are with Ramalho. They truly treat customers as customers, from first call to office, arriving on time for estimate, very fairly priced and the crew are obviously very experienced, careful, courteous and friendly. John and crew trimmed our very large oak in rear yard, not at all disturbing anything and doing a terrific cleanup - in spite of the pouring rain! John, Rachel and the crew are the best!

Amazing service. Came within 1 days for a quote (even in the rain), came on time, sent estimate with images of work to be done, and schedule the job for 2 days due to our fence being installed in our yard. Clean up was immaculate! Not a branch left behind. Would definitely recommend to friends/family/neighbors and will be using for future jobs for sure!

Got an estimate and they were there 2 days later to complete the job. Multiple trees removed and everything hauled away quickly and efficiently. Really wasn’t even a twig left behind. Yard and lawn was left just as good as before. The workers were friendly and very respectful of neighbors yards and property as well. Ramalho tree service did an excellent job here at Greater Atlantic Beach Water Reclamation. The office and service crews are very professional and made ours an easy job. They exceeded the contracted work, taking out stumps left from previous tree work without additional charge. Excellent service. Rachael, who manages all the scheduling, estimates, etc., is wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive. Everything runs on schedule and according to plan. The crew works quickly and does a great job. At the end, they inspect the work with you to ensure you are fully satisfied.
