If you're looking for a terrific tree service company look no further.. I am on the board of the condominium association where I live on Long Island.. You know when you get those flyers in your mail , most of the time they are for something you don't really care about.. We were thinking about having the trees on our property which were overgrown as well as those that are encroaching on our property from neighbors and the adjacent NYS property that borders ours cut back and trimmed .. After consulting with the other board members we decided to get an estimate.. John Ramalho met with me and explained what he thought we needed done .We agreed, contracted with Ramalho for what was a very reasonable price . The job they did "reshaping " our property was outstanding and the cleanup impeccable.. it looks as though we gained 2 acres of land !!!!! Ramalho has been a family owned Long Island staple business for 60. years.. Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone needing tree service !!!

I hired Ramalho Tree Service to come by my home today to trim a large and small tree on my property. They came on time, trimmed the trees in a way so they still looked beautiful, cleaned up like they weren’t here and gave me a very reasonable price. Ramalho Tree Service do an outstanding job! They went above and beyond removing large hanging branches around my property, while preserving existing trees and keeping my landscape looking beautiful. Excellent tree company. I received three estimates from three reputable tree services to cut down one single tree. Ramalho had the best price, while also presenting themselves as the most professional. They were very responsive to all my questions, prior to the tree removal. John and his crew were a pleasure. You can tell these guys are professionals; they worked great as a team. I have power lines running through my yard and his guys took down major branches without hitting the wires or causing any interruption. He also made sure to not let the branches fall on my patio, barbecue, or house which I was nervous about. It was impressive to watch They took down a lot of dead wood but still made sure the trees look full.
John and his office manager were very responsive getting back to me with a quote, scheduling a day, and keeping me in the loop. I highly recommend.

We're very happy with Ramalho's work. We hired them to remove a dying tree and do some tree trimming. The communication from the company was excellent (including set up of the estimate, tree removal permit, proof of insurance, communication day-of). Their pricing was in the middle of two other estimates we got, but we went with them because they could show proof of insurance and licensing. The crew was professional and did a good job of clean up.

The whole process was absolutely amazing. I called for an estimate on Monday, they came that day, and completed the work on Wednesday. The trees were removed and grind down all within an hour. The costumer service was fantastic, professional, and attentive. I would highly recommend Ramalho tree service.

We hired Ramalho tree pruning service for the first time for a very large, overgrown magnolia tree… The service was top notch… The team showed up with a cherry picker, chainsaws and hand pruners… They worked with us to get the desired shape of the tree, and the cleanup was perfect… Very highly recommend these guys

I was very pleased by the professionalism shown by the person who gave the estimate, he also arrived on time and got to work quickly and efficiently. As a result our yard looks well maintained largely due to the tree getting trimmed. I highly recommend this tree service.

Excellent Customer Service!!!! The Ramalho team is excellent at what they do! We had our Cherry Blossom tree and a few shrubs cleared from our property. Worked with both John and Sam and Rachael and it was a pleasurable experience all around. Their pricing was fair and the work was completed quickly and professionally. Very satisfied customer that will refer them in a heartbeat!

The crew came on time and went right to business. They worked hard and efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. They did a little extra than what was quoted for the same price. To top it off they had an extra helmet for my 6 year old son who watched them work. My son thought that was really cool! I would hire them again or recommend them to others. Great crew!

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Ramalho Tree Service. From the time they came to give us a quote to the completion of their work, they were professional and considerate. I received a message to let me know when they were on their way. They arrived on time. They took care while pruning so that the bucket truck did not damage any remaining tree limbs. They systematically trimmed, and if they had questions, they asked before cutting. After finishing the pruning, they ground up all the tree branches, raked up all the leaves together and left our property clean as if they were never there. I highly recommend your using Ramalho for your tree service needs.

If you need tree work done, this is the only company to use. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, skilled team. I had three large trees removed and some trim work. They were amazing to watch and when they left the yard was completely cleaned up.

I can only describe Ramalho Tree Service’s work on my property as spectacular. John was on time for the initial estimate appointment to the minute. From there on our interactions only became more thorough and professional. Communications from Rachel and John kept me in the loop regarding the job start date which, by the way, started within minutes of the appointment made two weeks prior. That’s just remarkable. The Ramalho crew was equally remarkable. Three trees were overhanging a $5000.00 hot tub and one huge wild cherry tree, growing between my and my neighbor’s house, were expertly removed without damage to the hot tub or either of our homes. And I hate to admit it but the working areas were left cleaner than when they started.
In short, use Ramalho. You won’t find a more expert and professional tree company anywhere.
