I had my mainline sewer connection from the house cleaned. It was completely plugged and the techs from Hazlett quoted a price, no add-on for service charge, and scheduled my job. They first worked outside, making sure the drain line to the street was clear (its was). Inside the house the sewer connection was plugged with roots, and they used a powered snake and camera to show me how the roots had completely filled it in. Their snake opened the connection, they cleaned up the basement where they were working, and all is done. Professional and courteous. Recommended!

Not only excellent service, but top-notch techs. They take the time to explain everything to you and answer all questions in a relatable way. Triple check everything to make sure working before they leave. Respectful and friendly along with of course being professional. Very pleased and would not hesitate to pick the phone up and call again or highly recommend to neighbors and friends. As a matter of fact they will be coming back to do another job for me.

Sam Hazlett came out to access our plumbing needs as our home is almost 100 years old. He was easy to talk with, especially listening to my 90-year-old father’s concerns. We have had two jobs completed and we our extremely impressed with his team. We have two more projects to go and we’re thrilled to have found this plumbing company. Excellent work & customer service. Had an issue with a clogged line from my home to the city sewer. Kyle came out and was super helpful, and very transparent about what he was doing and the issues we were experiencing. Got it all cleared up quick.

My basement had sewage water backing up and flooding our bathroom on a weekend. Kyle W. arrived in a little over an hour to help. He was very kind and professional. He gladly explained how the system worked and what the problem was once he cleared the blockage. My wife and I highly recommend.
