Noah installed a new faucet on the front of our house. They listened to what I wanted ran the line exactly where I asked them to put in a shut off valve and cleaned up afterwards. I received email confirmations of the appointment and time. The day of service I also received a picture of Noah and a text that he was on the way. Showed up on time was professional, courteous and pleasant. The work is top notch and I won't hesitate to recommend as well as use Hazlett in the future.

Chris came and fixed a leak in my ceiling. He was quick, efficient, and communicated well throughout the entire service. What I appreciated the most is that he talked me through his findings even though it took extra time. By far the best plumbing experience I’ve had. My new go to plumbing service.

Serious septic sytem issue. Sam came out ,crawled under the house to assess the problem. Explained what he was seeing and how he was going to fix it. He and noah came back 8am sharp and had everything done by noon. Super impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues!

Hazlett Plumbing installed whole-house water filtering and a tankless water heater and replaced the bathtub drain system on different days. They were all polite and efficient and did an excellent job for us. They cleaned up nicely after their work each time, too. Sam, the owner, first came for an estimate to explain everything about the system, pros & cons, we appreciated how thorough he was, and that's why we chose his business, and we are happy we did. Highly recommend them.

Hazlett Plumbing deserves a 5 star rating on all plumbing for our new build!! This is the 1st time I’ve ever built a house so plumbing was a learning experience for me and Sam and his team were so supportive, patient, professional, responsive and punctual!! They were also so reliable and have an awesome scheduling system where they not only showed up when they said but they confirm and send an email/text notification to let you know when they’re on their way!! The work they’ve done looks beautiful… we haven’t lived in the house yet but all looks in good working condition 👍🏼 thank you to Sam and his team… you def made it on the good list of trades throughout this entire build!!

Hazlett Plumbing responded to us promptly. They gave an estimate and verified work to be done and appointment details by email immediately. They showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem for the estimated price. Friendly, fast, professional, very thorough quality work. It's the first time in six months that we've had a dry sidewalk!! We wish that we'd called them sooner and will definitely call them in the future!!

They installed a grinder pump in my basement about a year ago. The entire crew was professional and great to work with. They had the shower toilet and vanity plumbed within three days with the concrete poured. Have had no issues with the setup and plumbing being in use for about 8 months now. Thank you and highly recommend Hazlett.

I called Sam for a couple of reasons. One, because he had done work for me in the past by installing a hot water tank, and again because I had a very big problem with my sewer line that I knew would need someone that could handle a job that would require digging up my exterior service line as well as the interior line.
He explained what the problem was and how he would fix it in terms that I could understand. He's not only very good at what he does but he's very understanding, compassionate and most of all very honest.
I would highly recommend Hazlett plumbing. Sam and his crew did an excellent job, they were very professional, thorough and went above and beyond what I anticipated and expected.
