I had a great experience with this plumber. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain a couple of different options for fixing a leaky water valve in my home. Rather than jumping straight to a costly repair, he suggested trying a simple fix first—just tightening the nut. To my surprise, that did the trick. It’s rare to find someone who’s more focused on helping than making a sale. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. Highly recommend!

Excellent plumber!! Water filter faucet dripping like crazy. Hubs can’t get under sink anymore. Gideon did the job right then noticed a leak in our main faucet which I thought was me being splashy. Again a second visit was prompt courteous and boom done in less than an hour. Six stars from us.

Gideon came out and gave us options to choose from regarding our plumbing problem. He explained each and drew up an invoice that clearly stated price and work details. When decision was made we set up day/ time to complete work. He was very punctual and explained exactly what was involved. He set up/ cleaned up area worked in and was very professional. Gideon was referred to me by my plumber when he was out of town. I had a leaking tankless that I wasn't sure how to fix. I reached out and he answered the call right away promising to come within 24 hours. He showed up, handled the problem while also explaining what he was doing and why and was extremely professional from start to finish. While he may not be from the area originally, he is a PERFECT example of a good western New York business. Checked every box for me. If you are like me and don’t have plumbing experience, when water is dripping from your bathroom sink into the basement, panic sets in. I called Gideon who talked me off the ledge and had John come out to look at the problem. John quoted a fair price and was here within the week to fix it. The price quoted was still the price when fixed. No pressured upsell happened either. I would highly recommend Gideon for any plumbing needs. John was professional, knowledgeable and took great care in cleaning up after the job was completed.

I can’t recommend this company enough! Right from the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands. The owner, Gideon, personally answered the phone — a refreshing change from the big company I had called earlier, who gave me an outrageous quote and tried to scare me into unnecessary work.
Gideon was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even gave me a quote right over the phone (something other companies refused to do) and managed to fit me into his schedule sooner than expected. He kept in great communication, letting me know when he was on his way.
When he arrived, he brought another employee and treated him with total respect — which says a lot about his character. Gideon walked me through every step of the process, even showing me the inside of the pipe with his camera and explaining what I was seeing. Everything was done neatly, and they cleaned up after themselves.
His pricing was extremely fair, his professionalism outstanding, and his honesty refreshing. Gideon was personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about helping rather than selling. If we ever have another plumbing issue, we now know exactly who to call! Support local!

We used Gideon for a kitchen sink removal/installation and he was fantastic...if I could give Gideon more than 5 stars, I would. He was upfront, honest, and professional throughout our entire job.
