I have used Purtill twice now and each time they've been able to get out to my place same day. The work was done well, with no continuing issues. I'm very happy with the service and will absolutely call them again, should the need arise.

Had them remove a garbage disposal from under the kitchen sink. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. They actually put "booties" on when they walked into the house and removed them when they had to run back to their work truck. Very respectful. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. The price paid was a bit higher than quoted (quote was given sight unseen via phone), as there was a slight adjustment that had to be made to the piping. All in all a pleasant, not grossly overpriced job. Highly recommended.

Purtill Plumbing is our go-to plumbing service for any needs we have. Mike and has team have helped with our basement sink issues in south Buffalo and now shower leaks, running toilets, etc. at our new house in OP. He is very fast, reliable and great communication. Highly recommend Mike and his Team. Brendan is a tech who’s been out multiple times and is also great to work with.

They both cleaned up after they completed their work. The owner Mike who I spoke to on the phone and came to my house to give the estimate was also very professional and informative. Absolutely the best customer service. Came to my home for help with a sump pump issue, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Will gladly keep them in mind if any other plumbing issues arise in the future.

Hot water tank broke and leaked causing big flood in basement. Called first thing in the morning and by 1:30 had my new tank in!!!!!!! Great guys did the install and can't recommend enough! Thank you!

We had an emergency where our septic water was backing up into our basement. Mike was here in under 30 minutes from my first phone call. He scheduled his crew to come out first thing the next morning, they quickly identified the problem, and in under 2 hours had the issue fixed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Best things, the repair was very reasonable price wise. Can't recommend Purtill Plumbing enough!

About a month ago I had a broken pipe and a clog. I called and they were able to come out within the hour to take a look and resolve the issue immediately. Shortly after the pipes had another issue with a clog and the team came out extremely fast to take a look and again were able to resolve my issue. Truly appreciate their quick and professional service!

I've used Purtill a couple times in the last 6 months or so. Once for drain replacement at our commercial dry cleaning center and once for replacing PEX with copper in my home. Both Services were very good, workmanship was fantastic and price was fair. Strongly recommend and will use again in the future.

Just moved to a new house about a year ago and this was my first plumbing job I needed. They re-ran some unorganized messy lines, and installed a new hot water tank. Their communication was excellent from the estimate through completion of the job. This is a smaller local company, and family owned with a few good employees. Their estimate came in slightly under the big name plumbing companies, and I feel I got the same service and expertise.

I would hire them again for my next plumbing job.
