I recently had the pleasure of working with Hazlett Plumbing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Sam Hazlett and his co-worker were incredibly professional and efficient throughout the entire process.

We had a significant amount of work done, including replacing our RPLC sewer stack, removing and installing a new PVC toilet flange, running a new 3" PVC stack in the basement, and connecting it back to the existing copper vent and cast iron before entering the concrete and the shower drain. They also ran a new 2" drain line back to the pump and connected it as needed.

Additionally, they extended a 1-1/2" PVC drain line to the kitchen sink, dropped a new drain line through the sink base, and repiped underneath the sink, including new strainers. They connected the old galvanized pipe back into the drain system as a vent. Due to the excess workload on the pump and potential contamination, they suggested proactively replacing the unit, which was a great recommendation!

They also replaced the shutoff valve under the bathroom sink, which resolved our water pressure issue. The price included all labor and materials as quoted, and they provided a 3-year warranty on their craftsmanship and a 3-year manufacturer warranty on the Liberty pump (excluding labor).

Overall, Hazlett Plumbing exceeded our expectations with their high-quality work and attention to detail. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

A BIG shout out to Hazlett plumbing. Sam, Noah and crew really treated us as if we were there only customer. Our main sewer line was collapsed in multiple spots and we were in a real jam. We originally called a national company and felt like we were being taken advantage of. A friend of ours highly recommended that we call Hazlett. They came out immediately to free up the line so our family could have plumbing, and showed us exactly what the problem was. The 70 year old line was shot and needed to be replaced. They quoted out a hung sewer line and the line from the house to the road. Believe me when I say there estimate was THOUSANDS less then the national guys. We booked the job and the crew showed up on time and provided high quality, professional service. I was amazed how they cleaned up the work site and treated us like family. It’s rare to find a company that goes the extra mile and makes you feel like they actually care. They went above and beyond and provided much more work then what we agreed to for no extra cost. I am in sales and really appreciate the honesty and attention to detail. The clean up was exceptional and far exceeded my expectations!
I really wish I found Hazlett sooner, as we just put a big addition on our house and would have LOVED to have them do the work. Thank you to the entire Hazlett team. Dawn and I appreciate you!

Great experience. The woman that made my appointment was a sweetheart and worked with me and my schedule. Great communication leading up to the appointment (I love the automated reminders and then the updates when they’re on the way) The guys that came were on timed, professional, nice, and cleaned up everything before they left. Chris and his team have been amazing to work with. They were efficient and professional every step of the way. I had a water line put in for use of a refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser. Hazlett Plumbing provided excellent service, quality plumbers. The plumber who did my project was Noah he is neat, fast and provided excellent service.

We restored an 1820 farmhouse. Hazlett was able to run their lines through newer foundations and 18 inch stone walls. Sometimes they had to crawl through tight spaces. They were on time. Efficient. Courteous. And their quote was spot on.

Imagine Friday night 8pm and discovered no water at the kitchen sink. Reached out to several Plumbers and was honored to receive contact from Sam Hazlett, Hazlett Plumbing on Friday night.

Sam was at my house on Sunday morning due to the critical nature. Sam gave me a quote Sunday night and he started the excavation Monday morning 9am and replaced the water line and sewer line by 6pm Monday night.

In addition Hazlett installed a sump pump system and drainage lines in my basement over the next 3 days.

The professionalism shown by Sam and his Team was Outstanding and here’s why:

1. Arrived on-time at 8:30am daily - Never late!
2. Get this - Removed their work boots entering the house to the basement on the 3 snowy, muddy days as a courtesy. Used drop cloths to protect our flooring too.
3. Noah and James worked 3 full days, no breaks & did take lunch during the installation of the sump pump system.
4. Daily clean up both inside our basement and outside driveway area. Well done.

We are very satiated with Hazlett. The owner gave us an accurate quote for a retrofit of a dishwasher and the installation crew did truly superb work. Both of the crew were polite, respectful and efficient. A few weeks later we experienced a blockage in our storm sewer from our house to the street and again the crew cleared it effectively, was efficient and respectful. We highly recommend this family owner and run company !!!

This is the first time I used Hazlet for some work around my house. The plumbers did a great job tackling a list of various repairs. Communication was easy and convenient. They stuck to their estimate, arrived on time and did a walkthrough of everything when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great to work with. Spoke to someone directly who was able to coordinate instead of leaving a message or being triaged to different schedulers. We had a sewer line issue on a cold and snowy day and they were able to get someone out same day. Pricing was very reasonable and comparable to what we’ve paid previously (~$280 + tax) with other companies.
