We are having a bath remodel by Repp Contractors..Mr. Purtill was here today to do plumbing work..very prompt, considerate, immaculate. I would recommend them to anyone for any needed work.

Extremely poor service. He came out to assess a flooded basement and for the next two weeks I placed four calls to his office requesting a call back hoping to hear his assessment and plan to repair. He never called back. His office assistant apologized each time and promised he would call. I finally gave up and had another plumber come out. Truly bizarre

I rarely leave a review, however, I’ve been w Purtill for many yrs and they always get it right, needed a second opinion on a tankless h2o heater,, another co said I needed a new one, Shawn, Gary and Brendon all showed up in sequence and fixed the old one,, they literally saved me thousands of dollars and have always taken care of my home and plumbing,,

Mike sent Gary to fix my backed up basement floor drains . Gary was early and very professional. The issue was diagnosed and the appropriate course of action cleared up the problem quickly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I received.

We had a water leak from our main water valve as well as a fridge leak, and M Purtill Plumbing was able to send someone out within a few hours. Had a sump pump replaced this morning. Not familiar with the area and had a neighbor recommend Pirtle plumbing. We called yesterday and the work was scheduled and completed today. Thanks to Brendan for the great work and assistance today!!
