The plumber was very professional, responsible and was informative when I asked questions pertaining to the work being done. He was efficient and made sure to clean up after any material left behind. The water cleaning technicians were professional they explained what they were going to do and consulted me on what was to be thrown out. They also made sure that from the basement to the exit of the doorway all was disinfected and throughly clean. Were also very careful to cover any other items that were within the area that was going to be cleaned. Both were great! Roto -Rooter I are definitely the one’s to call.

Simon is fast and friendly and most importantly GETS THE JOB DONE.

Great Job. Ernesto was very accommodating and when he found a part missing from my purchase he volunteered to take me to Home Depot to get a replacement faucet and completed the job without any problem. I would recommend Ernesto and Roto Rooter for any plumbing job.

My main sewer pipe burst and flooded the basement. Roto rooter plumber quickly fixed the problem.

Knowledgable, upfront, kind plumber, Kenny helped us out with our toilet! We would definitely recommend using them. We had used another plumber and what they couldn’t fix after 2 visits (and was going to require a 3rd, meanwhile we were not able to use this toilet for a month) Rotor Rooter’s Kenny, solved and fixed in only one! Perfect!

Had an emergency where I called a few different plumbers and remediation services, who weren’t responsive (weekend I guess). Gave Roto a call and George came by within 10 minutes to assess and formulated a plan of action to remediate and get us back to normal with efficiency. He and his team did fantastic work and kept us in the loop through the whole process and well past. I’m so glad we were fortunate enough to have him and his team answer our call.

Miguel was on time, and very informative. He did a very thorough job. Rooter's rates are a bit too high, and you should ask if they have a coupon always. The service still is outstanding and the people who work for them are wonderful

Chris was amazing. Knowledgeable and listened to me as the homeowner who knows a few quirks about my very old house plumbing. He was honest, competent, courteous and reassuring through the process. We figured out a less invasive way to clean the line out without making a big mess and luckily that was all that was needed. A happy outcome and it saved my weekend.

The service team were nice enough but this is one big ripoff. They charged me (and my insurance) $7k+ to clean up spilled sewage (job quoted at $2k) that was the result of their drain service! On top of $700+ to unblock a drain. Absurd prices.

Made up insane prices on the spot, ended up paying $800 for a tub drain to drain slightly faster than before. Scratched tub from the machine the technician used. Other 2 sinks originally quoted in the $800 not fixed. Wrote an original review when prompted and never got a response. Wouldn’t recommend.

The Roto-Rooter technician was very friendly and was able to snake the shower drain to clear the clog. However, their pricing was inappropriate in that their initial fee was $400 higher than what I actually paid after the negotiating back-and-forth with their manager on the phone.

Rotor Rooster once again helped me out. Kevin I turn it to my emergency and although it was a follow-up to a previous work was very knowledgeable. His expertise played on top of the previous plumbers experience and was able to solve the issue. Thanks to the warranty provided by Roto Rooter My issue was finally solved at no extra charge. The quality of service and the expertise of this company simply amazing and again no long wait times for a plumber to come out. Highly recommend Kevin with his ability to perfectly explain many outcomes and potential issues as a new homeowner. Thanks again guys!

Had a great experience with ROTO Rooter handling a clogged line and also replacing an old toilet. Their technician, Justin, was excellent. He was very professional, competent, and efficient. He took the time to explain the problem and what he was going to do to resolve it.

My experience started out good with the first technician, Simon, who cleared the line . I was promised that a second technician would scope the line ( included in the cost) and the second technician, Gilbert was unable to reschedule due to the fact that our schedules were incompatible. I have yet to receive a follow up call , despite my request to the Roto Rooter operator. They owe me a camera + evaluation and have yet to reschedule it. Instead Gilbert now wants to charge me $600 more to scope the line. I have a feeling of distrust now their motives are questionable. I short they have not followed thru on what they promised.
