Roto-Rooter came out on New Year's day for an emergency blockage after we hosted a party for NYE. They were fast to come and Mike was incredibly kind, thorough and professional. It cost $1000 which was more than I had hoped, but the job was done well.

I have used Roto Rooter before for a kitchen sink draining slow and they then did a cleaning of the main stack which was great. I was happy with the price and work. Today I had a clogged tub drain. I was told $650 to snake. I said no thank you and snaked the tub myself. Tub is backup and running. Thanks Roto Rooter for giving me the motivation to do it myself and save $650 dollars.

Richard showed up quickly. He was very professional. He investigated the problem, made the repair and set up the clean up crew.

Ernesto was very professional and thorough cleaning out the lines to the septic tank and house. Looks like we had visitors who used wipes and flushed them, blocking the line. Ernesto explained the problem and what he did to correct it. He also went the extra mile, cleaning out the trap of accumulated sediment. We were very pleased with the response and work performed.
