Eddie and Telmo installed a Bosch boiler for us. They were friendly and prompt, and Eddie explained everything very well. There was a defective water flow sensor on the brand new boiler and they moved quickly to acquire and install the replacement part. I really appreciated that Eddie responded immediately to texts and phone calls. 10 stars for communication!

Eddy and his partner did an absolutely fantastic job. We just moved into our home (an older house) and needed to learn how to use a gas heating system and make sure things were ready to go for the winter. Eduardo always does a great job. He helps you try to troubleshoot prior to coming out. All the work he’s done has been top quality. He has very reasonable and competitive prices. Definitely recommended.

I searched online for a plumber to change my hot water heater. I was impressed with the 5 star ratings that Eddy and his Essential team received and gave him a call. He provided a detailed bill of what he was going to do and provided a specific price . Other places gave me a price range which concerned me. Eddy communicates in a timely manner, is courteous. He and his team are punctual. the job was very well done, put shoe covers on when he entered my house and he left my place clean. Thanks Eddy and team!

We just moved to our new home a few months ago and have had two general service calls and two emergencies. Every time I have contacted Eddy, he has been incredibly responsive, generous with information sharing and he has done a great job. For the two emergencies, Eddy was a life saver. Both incidents happened during off hours but my messages were responded to quickly. For the first one, Eddie gave me directions over the phone to get the leak stopped overnight and arrived the next day to fix the problem. For the second emergency, Eddie responded to my early Saturday morning message and was at my home within a few hours. Customer service is so important and Eddy and his team deliver.

This is an 10/16/24 update to my last review. Eddie saved the day again today. We woke up to a boiler that had shut off and no heat. With cold temperatures expected tonight, we were worried. Eddie came through on an emergency once again. He provides the best customer service, which is invaluable these days!
