I have a Navian system that needs to be serviced annually. Essential Plumbing & Heating responded quickly to my request for an appointment, confirmed the appointment, came when they were scheduled to come, and cleaned up the area once finished. I have been using them for a couple of years for all my plumbing needs and have been highly satisfied with their work, reliability, and fairness in price. Great company!

Eduardo and his team were courteous and skilled at fixing our tub when a gasket gave out / started leaking. He gave us honest advice and promptly fixed the issue, even going above and beyond to snake the whole line. It looks great and I’m glad we went with him because now we don’t have to worry about issues down the road!

On a Sunday evening, by chance, we discovered all the waste pipes in the basement were coming off their anchors. I did a quick search and left a voicemail for Essential Plumbing to call me back for a quote. I also followed up with an email providing all the details. Before the evening was over, I had an appointment for the next morning. Owner of the business, Eddie, showed up promptly the next morning and gave me a reasonable quote for re-piping the affected section and for the whole basement. Even though the price was a little more than what I could afford, I accepted the quote for re-piping the whole basement on the spot. I was so impressed with Eddie's professionalism that I did not bother getting another quote.

All the work was explained to me, including what was urgent and what could be completed later. Eddie scheduled a team for the next morning to complete urgent part of the work. The team (Franco and William) showed up on time and finished their work expeditiously and neatly. The next visit to complete the non-urgent part of re-piping was, similarly, scheduled and completed on time. The team did a complete clean-up of debris from their work and left the basement totally clean.

Hired them again for my recent bathroom project. So glad I did. The plumbing was an absolute mess with my laundry and hall bathroom tub/shower. I knew it had issues based on smells and lack of drainage. Freddy was the on-site person this time since thing with my project were super last minute. They still fit me in their schedule thankfully. Freddy asked the right questions and provided solutions to get everything in proper working order👍. I’m now so happy we did this project and really grateful I hired Eddie and his team. No question, the plumbing is correct:-). No sink gurgles, no smells, and works like a dream!

Hello, we have a sewer pipe in our house which gets clogged about once per year. The previous plumber drilled an access hole in the pipe to be able to clear it. Needless to say, this year sewer water began leaking from this hole. We called Essential Plumbing and Heating. Eddy and his team arrived and were very professional. He explained the problem, cleared the sewer line and replaced the pipe which was damaged by the previous plumber with expertise. Based on my experience with many plumbers in the past, I would highly recommend Essential Plumbing & Heating Services.

Our water heater blew at 7pm on a Thursday night. We tried a few plumbers / companies but Essential was the only ones who answered. Eddy and Telmo showed up in 30 min and did an awesome job. They explained the issue and our options, worked hard to get the old one out and helped sweep up the flooded water. By Friday 10am Telmo had installed a new water heater plus an emergency valve and an excess heat tank that was overlooked by whoever installed the old heater.

In all, I can’t recommend Eddy and team enough. They’re knowledgeable, trustworthy and at a very fair price.

Eddy and his team go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. We had another one plumbing company come in first and claim that we had a broken pipe and it was going to be $$$$ to put in a new pipe. I called Essential, and they expertly diagnosed the issue as tree roots growing into our old clay pipes and not a broken pipe at all. Within a few hours they had cleared the clog and restored our system, saving us $$$$. These guys are honest, they work incredibly hard, and they are experts at their craft. On top of everything, Eddy fixed a slow draining toilet on his way out at no charge. So much respect for this company and I’m so happy I found them, thank you Essential!

Had an issue with a leaky outdated valve. Called Essential plumbing for a quick estimate. Arrived prompt as Eddy promised. Per his assessment gave me a fair price for same day fix. Eddy was knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. He and his team conquered, respectful of property and finished job quicker than I thought. Also, on top of that, he helped me with an annoying toilet. I would definitely have Essential plumbing in my speed dial!!! Highly recommended.

You pay for experience when hiring a plumber. Eddy knew the problem from our phone conversation and had the main sewer line cleared in 30 minutes. Essential Plumbing is now our go to plumbers.

Eddy has done a lot of work on our old, historic home over the years. He is a nice guy, very knowledgeable, and always professional.

Eddie, Manny, and a very nice young assistant whose name I forget were very helpful in resolving the plumbing issues in our bathroom. Our 1970s faucet and knobs have been replaced with a modern single knob that controls the temperature and pressure very efficiently, and there was no need to retile because of the innovative metal coverplate they installed. We are quite happy with the results.

Very prompt. Had a stoppage. Responded within one hour. Employee was courteous and efficient. A bit on the costly side, but the quick response and quick resolution was worth it.
