First, let me say I do not enjoy doing home renovations. My primary bath needed to be remodeled, so I went to Rim Plumbing for some ideas. Fortunately for me, Roxanne Lopalito is a designer there. Her professionalism and excellent taste guided me through the entire process. I asked many questions and required many meetings and Roxanne was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I now have a beautiful primary bath, and have just ordered the things I need to remodel a second bath.
If you want help for a renovation, look no further than Rim and especially Roxanne for a seamless process.

It really provides a good one stop shop for any plumbing needs of kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. If they don’t have something they will get you it and never hesitate to help you out when you’re in a jam. After my heat breaking mid-winter on a 15° day, and not finding any company able to help for 48 hours (and HUNDREDS of dollars in charges for a weekend visit) Thermodynamix jumped in and sent someone over within 30 mins - on a Sunday. Chris was super knowledgeable and even taught me about the older furnace I had, and why it wasn’t working. I was so pleased with the service, I immediately recommended my uncle to call them for help when his furnace broke not even 24 hrs after. We are both SO happy to have heat - and a fast responding, knowledgeable company to support our whole family. I’ve already recommended them to my parents and other friends.

Spring 2025 A/C Checkup. Chris came to check our 2 A/C systems Thermodynamix previously installed. Chris was very courteous and arrived timely for the appointment. He examined our 2 A/C systems very thoroughly; made sure our filters and coils were clean and ready for the summer season. Well done, a satisfied customer!

Thoroughly professional from scheduling to maintenance. Jimmy arrived and immediately did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system. A pleasure to watch a seasoned pro do his job. Took photos of the system and gave excellent advice on how to use it most effectively and efficiently.

We had a split unit (Central Air Conditioning) installed in our home this month (May 2025). The installers completed the work within three days. The installers were very neat, courteous, and respectful of our property and home. When Thermodynamix's work crew were preparing the attic for the duct work and air handler installation, they cleared the workspace of items stored for over twenty years, and at our request helped us remove these heavy items. We can't say enough positive things about their crew, especially Leo and Angel.

Our AC broke down on July 3rd. Tried calling several companies, including the installer, and could not get service until Monday, 7/7. Found Thernodynamix, a company located fairly close to us. Was able to get an appointment for that Thursday afternoon. Chris is an amazing technician, diagnosed and repaired the problem, and explained what he had done. This is now our go-to AC maintenance and repair company! Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Literally the only HVAC company that was able to get out to my house and immediately replace my broken down unit on a 95 degree day. The crew was able to create a temp fix on day one to get my AC running temporarily while the new system was ordered and installed the following day. A1 service from the office staff that coordinates with you all the way to the field staff whoe were super professinoal and friendly. Highly recommend!

We used ThermoDYNAMIX to replace our heating and air-conditioning system. Thermodynamix was excellent to deal with from scheduling to installation. They were on time, courteous and extremely professional. Everything was thoroughly explained upfront and no surprises.
