Our built-in Miele coffee machine broke and we called to get a repair and they came the next day!! Then after assessing the issue, they returned next week with the part and fixed it. Matthew was very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely call them again for any repairs!

Had some trouble with a Gaggeneau gas cook top and received great service from Matt Sweeney.
He realigned the five burners and igniter’s and we were back in business! He went over and explained how to reassemble the cook top after cleaning it and how it functions.
He was a great!

We have had some intermittent issues with our Meile dryer. Kendel listened to what we were experiencing, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This problem has persisted for the last year and a half to two years and now it is finally fixed.

Technician arrived on time. Tracking system was very helpful. Technician was very competent and knew my German model fridge/freezer (Liebherr) and walked me through the repair which was merely a clogged evaporator drain hole.

I contacted RD appliance due to a recommendation of a high end appliance store who advised they will find out what the problem is. After explaining my issue , they sent a new employee, who I must say was very nice, but he did not have the skills nor the experience to handle this problem. He did some temperature testing but did not know how to diagnosis my issue. After he contacted another repairman multiple times for advice, I could see this was not going anywhere. He kindly said “I could do A and B, this is the price, but don’t know if it’s going to work”. In fairness he did all that he was capable of doing. I figured I’ll save the 1400.00 dollars and research another repair company, hopefully one that is familiar with Bosch appliances. I paid the money to secure the appointment but expected more positive results.
