I called on Saturday, and they sent someone over the same day. The response was incredibly fast — absolutely amazing! I’d 100% recommend them!

Used Minureman for the first time today. They were Prompt, courteous and very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent work! These are my guys from now on! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service done efficiently! Louie took care of the leaky pipe under my sink and installed my new faucet . He was kind and respectful as well as knowledgeable. I will use them again if I need a job well done ; )

Had an emergency on a Sat night. Called. They said within an hour plumber would be here. Dom Showed up in 15 minutes. Friendly, kind and up front. Explained everything and any question asked. Told won't leave till resolved. Job was tough but knocked out in 30 minutes! The best!

Had a leak from the connecting pipes for my heating system. Contacted other plumbers who never got back to me. Lucky to find Minutemen in my search for help. A tall, handsome young man named Louie came and fixed the problem. There was no mess. He was up and down the steps more than half a dozen times. He was pleasant and efficient. The job was done and I will hold on to this company’s number for any future problems. I am so lucky I found them.

All around a great company and affordable. Highly recommended from the dispatcher to the technician. Keith showed up when he said he would and got the job done quick. Super easy to work with and he knows what he’s doing. He also explained everything in detail. Answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Had a great experience.

We had an emergency backup in the house. Minuteman plumbing was wonderful. I called and spoke with Jerry. Jerry was courteous and had Alec at the house in 15 minutes. Alec was knowledgeable, did everything he said he would do and resolved the issue. He answered all my questions and was very nice. I would highly recommend them.

FIve Star Service! We called Minutemen for a major drain blockage, it happened the day after the snow storm. Minutemen was there 1/2 hour after my call in to them. They were fast, professional, very neat and kind. I will always use them! Thank you Minutemen!

Bill is awesome! As soon as I called him he asked me to send him pics and he knew exactly what my problem was and said “I’ll see you between 8 and 8:30 tomorrow.” He arrived at 7:45! Got my fix done within 2 hours and is just an overall nice guy. Such a pleasure to work with!

Boiler shut down during blizzard...Chad came by found oil line no longer operating..have underground tank...replaced it with a outdoor tank..Lewis installed it an made sure i had heat...Jerry the boss was very helpful making sure everything went well...I'm so glad I called Minutemen..very professional n will not leave till you have heat....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Called the plumbing service for a leak from my toilet. First repair man came in told us it was good. Still had a leak. Next person came in verified. It was never taken care of. He did a great job and try to fix it. Still wasn’t fixed. I was initially very unpleased. Until I called back and was told I needed a new toilet and they would credit what I already already paid towards the installation of the new toilet, which was very fair. Although it wasn’t fixed in the first two visits, they were very reasonable and I was very Impressed by Customer service. Because of the way they took care of this problem. I would definitely use them again.

The serviceman who came to my house was polite, friendly, did the work professionally, and cleaned up any mess. He explained to me the issues with my sewer clog and gave his recommendations. He successfully cleared the clogged sewer so that the water drained freely.

We had an emergency main sewage clog on a Saturday evening. Steve from Minutemen answered my call and had a plumber, Keith, show up within an hour. Keith was very professional and thorough, patiently explaining each part of the process, clearing up the main pipe and conducting a thorough check of all connected pipelines to ensure that the problem was completely fixed. Highly recommended!

The service was great — the technician was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The price was acceptable, especially for a same-day response. My only issue was with the estimated wait time from the answering service. They over-promised and under-delivered. I called at 1:48 pm and was told 60–90 minutes. When no one arrived by 4:00, I called again and was told 20–35 minutes. When no one arrived by 5:15, I called a third time and was told 1–2 minutes — that estimate was finally accurate. I’m not upset it took 3.5 hours for a tech to arrive; I just wish I’d been told that up front. I understand same-day weekend calls can take time, but I prefer accurate expectations. I’ve used Minutemen many times over the years and never had this issue before — they usually arrive within the initial window. That’s the only thing keeping this from a 5-star review. The service itself was excellent as always, and my heat is working perfectly.

Pipes broke due to the cold weather in the garage. Fixed two days ago at a different spot by another company that charged $200 extra, left the line going to the sprinklers open, which probably caused the second break. However the serviceman from Minutemen took the time to explain what to do to avoid it from happening again, and guess what? Temps in my garage dropped even lower over the weekend for the next 3 days and no waterfalls were coming from the wall :)) Reasonable prices, speedy service, helpful staff at the office (whoever answered my call was helpful and followed up quickly), and the tech who came to the house was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Hopefully I won’t need to, but if I have plumbing issues again, I am calling them again. Thanks 🙏🏼 😊

Our over 35 year old heating system was on its last legs. Since our house is on a slab, our heating company didn't want to deal with it. Luckily, these guys were not afraid of it. They got in quick, just before the cold weather kicked in, worked meticulously and did an amazing job. I'm so grateful 🙏

Had the occasions to use Minutemen twice in the past month. Keith replaced a sewer pump 2 weeks ago and Luke diagnosed an issue with my heating system and fixed it yesterday. In both cases, someone was dispatched immediately to diagnose and repair. The techs showed up exactly when promised, were very knowledgeable, and courteous. I have no frame of reference to judge price, but I found their pricing reflective of the expertise required, time spent, and reliability of their work. Minutemen has been added to my contacts list for heating/plumbing issues.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and diagnoses the problem correctly the first time so the problem is solved once and for all.
