RD Appliance provided excellent service. Marco was knowledgeable, professional, and gave an honest diagnostic of the problem and was able to complete the repair at the time of the service call. Highly recommend.

RD Appliance charged me $230 just to show up and tell me that somehow, food spilled on the main electronics board of my Thermador range and needs to be replaced. As the technician was leaving he informed me that he also has to charge a minimum labor fee. I strongly objected and he eventually relented. They subsequently sent me an estimate in the amount of an additional lump sum of $970 to return and replace the board if I so choose. When I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor they refused. In the meantime I made a case to Thermador that, although the appliance is out of warranty, they should replace the part (main board) for free because of the nature of the issue. It shouldn’t be possible for food to ever reach the main electronics board. The finally agreed, at which point I went back to RD Appliance to have them simply install the part. At this point they decided they wanted $390 to do that. It now became clear to me why they wouldn’t break down the parts and labor on the original estimate. Their game is to figure out how to screw you on a case by case basis depending on the situation. All in they expected me to pay $620 in labor to tell me there’s food on the board and then to plug in the new board. And if I didn’t object during the initial visit, they would have charged me even more. Absolutely outrageous and if you ask me, dishonest. I’ll be calling every other authorized service provider around just to avoid doing any more business with RD Appliance.

On time and efficient. Unfortunately my washer was not worth fixing but as always technician was honest. I have used this company for over 5 appliances and always a pleasure. Hence why I keep coming back

Received an immediate text and email to confirm the appointment, and another text and email which included a link to the technician’s photo and location tracking when he was enroute.

Never again will we try to clean the goop between the oven door glass (by removing the oven door) of our 48” Blue Star gas range - especially the day before thanksgiving. Thrilled to have our oven back in commission. We will certainly recommend RD Appliance Service!

I have been dealing with issues with my Bosch refrigerator since the day of delivery. The only redeeming part of this situation has been that RD appliance was the service provider involved. The tech Matt S has been great both diagnosing and repairing the fix. They had to come in multiple trips due to bosch parts being on back order and he was on time, communicated well, cleaned up etc both times. I will be reaching out to RD any time i have an appliance issue in the future.

Told me our AGA oven being down 25 degrees from its setting temps is normal. I understand they have to charge a service fee, but charging $400 for a tech to stick a thermometer in each oven and say the only thing they can do is email the manufacturer is wild. Beware on some brands

Always professional and prompt - sometimes same day you call. Professional staff and service people. A friend recommended them and I’m very pleased. Adam and Matt have both serviced my Bosch dishwasher and I highly recommend.

Honestly the best service technicians around. I wouldn't hire anyone else to service my Double side by side range.

They are courteous not only handling around the appliance but used floor protectors as well.

The workers were very efficient and did not leave us with a mess. They literally had to dig up under our floor.

I needed a plumber for our clogged kitchen sink. I got Bills info from a local Facebook Mom group where he was highly recommended. He called me back right away. After telling him the problem he told me on the phone the possible issues and the cost to fix them. He was at my house no more then 15 minutes after I called him. Fixed the two week problem we were having in about 20 minutes. Super professional , super friendly, very reasonably priced. He was so nice to my dog and let my dad look on and learn :) I highly recommend.

Lou was amazing ! He came in middle of the night , he figured out the pipe that was frozen and fixed it on the spot and even cleaned up after . Would def use him again . Highly recommend them !

Spoke with the owner Jerry- He was open minded and he was able to fit me in for a scheduled boiler descaling. The Team at minutemen sewer & drain is very knowledgeable. It's a brand new unit I have and I like to stick with plumbers who know what they are doing, This is clearly the case at this company. Highly recommend them 5 Stars!. Will add pictures of the boiler after the descaling!

Used Minuteman Sewer & Drain today and they sent a repairman who was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and expeditious in his work. They are a 24 hour service, but after calling other 24 hour services they were the only who responded and came to fix my leaking radiator immediately. I highly recommend them

This is the second time that I’ve used Bill and his crew. They are reliable, professional, always on time, and do a great job. Plumbing issues sometimes fall under the “emergency” category, (at least in my case!!) and once again, they were fabulous. Highly recommend!!

Tony was the best. In and out. No mess left behind. I will highly recommend them. He accessed, was direct, answered all questions I had and best of all quoted me $200 less than another company who I was considering.

Highly recommend Bill and Minutemen Sewer. Bill was professional, reliable and responsive. I gave him a call on a Friday, he asked a few questions to assess the issue and said he would come by 1st thing Monday morning. He showed up as promised and was in and out within 2 hours. He cleaned up everything before leaving. Would highly recommend!! I will call him for all my plumbing issues bc he is knowledgeable and honest.

When I turned on my outside hose faucet my kitchen flooded. The water lines are behind the dishwasher. In disconnecting the dishwasher to access the lines the washer's drain hose connection broke off the sink's drain tube, and the hot water valve wouldn't close all the way. I called Minuteman and within the hour Lou showed up. About an hour later all three were fixed. No grumbling, no huffing and puffing. Lou was pleasant, knowledgeable, and skilled. It would have taken me 6 hours and 10 trips to Home Depot. Nice job MM!
