I recently used ServPro in East Rochester and my experience was nothing short of fantastic! The crew did an amazing job. Everyone so was kind and helpful. I will definitely be using ServPro again!

Got a water problem in the basement? Only call ServPro SE. From the first interaction on the phone to the last follow-up call, yes, a simple call a few days after all the work was done, EVERY SINGLE person from this company was easy to talk to, supportive and ready to answer questions and do what was needed. The office staff, Kaitlyn and Amanda, were responsive and understanding during our basement flood. Zeke was our first contact on the Sunday evening we discovered our basement was submerged 4 in of water, floor boards bowing up and everything, straight up pond. Zeke and his crew, Michael, Tyler, AJ, and Kyle, made the experience as good as it could be when you have a basement flood like we did. Mike really made sure that he communicated each step of the process and was happy to answer any questions I had. Everyone was efficient and worked together well because they got that water out in like 6 hrs and then it was time for the fans/dehumidifiers. Honestly, I feel like I wrote a story here but for the heaviness that I felt during our flooding emergency, Servpro SE helped me not completely implode. Really thankful for you all ;)

We had a house fire and our insurance company connected us with Servpro. I would say 60 percent of our house was covered in fire soot. The day after the fire, Zack, the manager showed up at our house and was very thorough in inspecting my home. He laid out a plan to have my house cleaned. In a timely matter, four young men showed up to clean my house. These men were respectful to what we were going through and respectful take care of our belongings and our house. In 2 1/2 days after they showed up, my house was spotless. Anthony, Jason, John and Garrett, my family is forever grateful for you!! Thank you for giving our home back to us!

The support and help provided by ServPro was highly professional and very timely given our flood issue around the holidays. Joe was very quick to respond and always maintained transparency and open communication throughout the entire project. The work crew that he brought in to perform the mitigation and also to perform the remodeling of our basement was also highly professional. In particular The workers from JL contracting were also excellent. The end result actually looked better than the initial design of the room! I would recommend them highly to anyone in a similar circumstance!

Thankful to Tyler and AJ for their thoroughness and efficiency in removing water from my basement. They were both professional, friendly, and empathetic to my situation. The ServPro people were great, from Amanda in the office to the guys who worked on site! Led by Anthony, they arrived on time, laid down cloths to keep my floor clean, and worked very hard to get our basement that had flooded cleaned up and dried out. They came back over the next several days to see how the fans and dehumidifiers were working. They checked the moisture including in the walls, and covered everything in a human- and pet-safe antimicrobial substance. Anthony in particular was very professional, friendly and polite, a pleasure to work with. He checked with me before throwing anything out and carefully explained everything they were doing. I recommend ServPro very highly!

The entire staff is fantastic here at this location. Hands down the best in the entire Rochester area. I would recommend them to anyone that needs services they provide. I have been working with them for years and they do not skip a beat. Great Job always!

The crew was amazing! They worked so hard and did such a great job. I’m writing this review while they finish up late at night, all extremely pleasant, professional, respectful, and thorough.

Jason and Dillon were very thorough. We had a lot of ice damage in several areas of our home. They set up, did their job, and cleaned up meticulously. Both are very hardworking and professional. Friendly and positive attitude was a plus!

We had a sewage backup in our basement which covered about half of our pretty large basement. We were able to get someone to come out pretty quickly to give us an estimate on cost and what work they could do. A Cleaner Image sprayed around our floor to sanitize, did a fogging treatment for mold/bacteria, and then scraped and repainted the floor in our unfinished basement. The two who did the painting (Chris and another guy whose name I never got) were extremely efficient and did a great job. Our basement is pretty cluttered and they moved things around to maximize the amount of space they were treating, which was greatly appreciated. Our basement genuinely looks 10x better afterwards.

Hired to clean up a room and a member of our crew had to go behind them and clean the room again. Left chemical on the surfaces that when reactived turned the surfaces yellow. Will not use them again.
