The crew that did the work was phenomenal. The demo team, including Ryan and Lamont, Nick and AJ got things done quickly and very quietly without disturbing us at all. Nick and AJ completed the finishing work with great care. We now have a clean dry basement. Thank you!

I highly recommend this company. Very happy with their service. Added some before and after pics. I chose this company out of 4 other estimates I had done. They immediately sent someone out to investigate some mold in my basement crawlspace. He explained the entire process and wrote it out at the scene. The work took about a day and a half, everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The day of the work, they explained again everything they would be doing. Very happy with results.

CMM did an excellent job to remediate mold found in our house in an area that we had been using for storage. Ken clearly explained what he found and what steps he recommended to fix the problem. They did a great job cutting in our drywall and removing all the damaged areas caused by a water leak. They sealed the area up with plastic as well until we could get the drywall fixed. Very professional. Reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Ken came by after we were concerned about potential mold. We don’t want to wait until it got out of control and weren’t entirely sure if what we were looking at was concerning. Ken gave us great advice and was super knowledgeable. Also just a friendly dude. Told me what to look out for and to call him if it gets worse or if I want testing done as we have a 9 month old at home. He didn’t even charge me for the visit and I can’t thank them enough. I wish my experience with every home service provider was like this.

We had a great experience with CMM. Our project was two days of work. The mold remediation team of Nick & AJ arrived on time reviewed the project with us prior to start, communicated consistently throughout and their workmanship was excellent. Thank you so much for everything! As a first time homeowner at 22 with their fiancé who waived inspection in this market, it is not fun to learn you have mold in your attic. Comp Mold came out to my home less than a month after our inspection and worked on the remediation in less than a week! They worked to reduct our bathroom fans to go outside and add more ventilation in our attic. The workers were friendly and professional. They cleaned up my basement wonderfully. We needed mold remediation in out attic, and we're provided a thorough explanation of what that would entail during the quoting process. When the time came for the service itself, Ed and Lamont were efficient and kind, and the work was done quickly with an impressively small impact on using our bedroom. We also had them clean our ducts, and even though there was a small hiccup (which wasn't really anyone's fault!) it was managed well and I can feel the difference in my dust allergies.
