Amazing work!! We are very happy about how professional, fast, and clean the whole crew was. Paul really helped us pick the best options for what worked for us and our house. We love this new look!!

I have seen all the positive reviews online for RR. Unfortunately for us, our experience was anything but positive. The work was satisfactory but the customer service was beyond despicable. We were treated with disrespect, promises made but not kept and no communication whatsoever. One of many examples...we signed a contract and made the deposit in July '24, after lots of back-and-forth the start date was set November. After two weeks of waiting for the job to begin with texts to our rep going unanswered we called the office. They had no idea about our contract nor that we had paid the deposit. Our representative had been fired. RR had no idea that we were waiting for the job to begin. RED FLAG! We tried to get our deposit back but the owner said 'no'. After that it took 5 months to get the job done. Beware!!

What a great job done by all! I am so impressed with the out come of my roof. Very fast , and professional! The design pattern really accents my house beautifully! Not too mention they cleaned up so well it was like they were never there! Thank you Ryan Shumway for knocking on my door that day! I couldn't be happier with this company! I will tell all my friends, what a great job that was done in just a couple of day!

Attempted to schedule repairs in May. Was told they would come out on June. No one called me, and no one showed up, so I called them back and was told they were delayed due to awaiting materials. I had the materials on site and that was noted in my account. I was told to call back if I didn't hear back by 7/7. Didn't hear back until Someone showed up 7/9 with no materials and completed the repair with the siding I already had.

The repair was good, lending itself to the 3 star rating, but don't expect it to be done in a timely fashion or with any sense of responsibility/communication coming from Oaks.

Side note, this company is clearly owned as a conglomerate of construction companies since I got calls from multiple business numbers about this service relating to different businesses including Graves Construction. The fact that they do not represent themselves as a singular entity concerns me. I do not think they can handle the scope of their current operation.

Unresponsive! We called Roofing Rochester near the end of February and spoke with Leah to schedule an evaluation and give us a price on a large roof ($60k+). Leah was friendly and helpful, and she scheduled Matt to come and look at the roof. Matt showed up on time and he appeared competent. However, we never heard from Matt again. We called Leah multiple times (at least 6 more times) to see where the pricing was. She assured us that Matt would get back to us. We later asked her to let us know what's happening or have someone else follow up. No-one from Roofing Rochester ever contacted us again.

How could you in good conscience hire a company who drops the ball before they even have it in their hands? We do NOT recommend Roofing Rochester NY!

We had a great experience with Rochester roofing. I requested assistance on a Sunday evening, got a response within 15 min and phone call early that Monday morning!
An associate was set up for Monday afternoon.
Our associate, Dixon, arrived on time for our consultation and was professional, helpful and friendly. He inspected the area, explained what the issue was and exactly how he could correct it. Dixon also told us up front how much we would pay, for what and how long the repair would take.
Dixon completed the repairs as promised and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Rochester Roofing!

I couldn't be happier with the experience as well as the result. Paul is on a level that few in his industry achieve! He solved some significant venting and drainage issues we had. The crew did a spectacular job installing state of the art products! They protected our landscaping and cleaned as they went, not one bit of debris was left on the ground. All of our neighbors and passersby had nothing but wonderful things to say! Thank You Paul Nick, Mike and others!

Roofing Rochester was performing a walk through the neighborhood and let me know of potential issues with my roof. I set up an appointment and Matt from Roofing Rochester came and inspected the roof. Matt was professional and said there were no issues with my roof (It is 20 years old) and that the roof I has at least another 3-5 years of life left. I am happy with my experience with Roofing Rochester and felt they were honest with their appraisal.

Work was good. Price was fair for the market. Communication was slow and not accurate most of the time. I liked the updates on what they were doing but when questions were asked answers weren’t always accurate. Tarp wasn’t put down on my deck after I asked and was told was going to be put down. There was a mess afterwards which was to be expected but I’m still finding nails falling months later. The workers also stayed later than I was told they would be. I was able to get a discount for my grievances at least

We had an excellent experience with Roofing Rochester and felt we needed to share our experience with their company for anyone looking to replace their homes roof.
Our house was overdue for a new roof and after careful consideration we chose Roofing Rochester.
Matt was our consultant and was extremely thorough inspecting our roof, attic ventilation and any areas of concern. He provided pictures of damage, how it could be repaired and how it could be prevented.
He worked within our budget, offered different options and was upfront and accurate about cost.
Materials, dumpster and roofing crew arrived on time for the job. Ed was our project manager and gave us constant updates on the progress, answered all our questions and was in constant contact with the onsite crew.
The crew was very professional, worked very hard and were incredibly neat cleaning up as they went.
The owner Paul also stopped over to see the work and had the crew perform some additional needed work done at no charge which we were extremely grateful for!
Our roof was replaced and everything cleaned up in two days, the roof looks great and we are extremely satisfied!
If you are in need of a replacement roof and not sure where to start, We would highly recommend giving Roofing Rochester a call.

Our sales associate was Matt and he was great. Very knowledgeable and no pressure.
After a couple small hiccups with scheduling, a team of three men came out and worked hard. We had the gutters cleaned, sealed and Klean Gutter guards installed. The men were professional, skilled, neat and friendly. They take before and after photos of every step of the installation and are available for review on your own project webpage.

Chose Roofing Rochester for insurance claim; we had lost a few patches of shingles during windy weather that eventually led to interior water stains. Fast, prompt, courteous! These guys were done in 3 days in late December conditions and we had our house back to normal & looking fantastic just before Christmas. A "during" and "after" pic for a visual.

Started a complete tear off on April 2nd on my house & separate garage. Despite winds over 45, and bouts of both rain & snow, they completed both the roof & gutter job by April 8th. They went the extra mile making sure the clean up showed no traces the job was ever attempted.

I had an amazing experience with Roofing Rochester!!! If you need something done to your roof or gutters, contact this company right now. We noticed that there was a leak in our roof one rainy day and I contacted Roofing Rochester to see if they could help. The owner Paul got back to me ASAP. In total, I had 3 companies come out to check out what was going on and I decided to go with Roofing Rochester. Paul was able to give me the best price and he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. We did a full tear off roof and it was completed in 2 days. The crew was fast, efficient and they did a great job cleaning up after each day. We had to replace 3 skylights and during the process of the skylights being pulled out, the inside paint was ruined. I wasn't too happy because I had just paid to have my house repainted and I mentioned that to Paul. I know that this isn't really their fault but Paul said that they would fix the inside of the skylights for free. Our skylights are very awkward to get to and the guys (including Mike the general manager) came out and made sure they were repaired (it was even on a Saturday). I'm super pleased with how everything came out and I'm really appreciative to Paul and all the workers at Roofing Rochester!

We had an ice dam situation last night and water was leaking inside the house. We called roofing rochester in the middle of the night on a snow storm, and Paul and his team came in within 2h and fixed everything.
Couldn’t be happier with their service and I would highly recommend it!

These guys are awesome. Arrived on time, finished on time, workmanship was great. Clean up was outstanding , not a spec to be found on the ground. They put as much care into my shed roof as they did the house. No hidden costs, great communication from Ed throughout the process. Well done guys!
