I had a new roof put on several years ago and I love it. A piece of flashing came loose last night. I called Harvey Strassner this morning and the piece is already repaired! Great company!

Roofing Rochester just did a new tear off roof on my home. They did an amazing job working with me. They were not pushy from the start. Which means a lot when trying to pick the right contractor. The guys were friendly, professional, and worked hard until it was all done within a day. They even took into consideration ladder placement to avoid my new gutters.

Ed checked back to see if we were happy with the outcome, and worked with me when I needed to add additional plywood underneath. Would recommend!

Good response time and good communication throughout a job to repair tree fall damage to my roof and siding. Guys were there when they said they would be, and did a thorough walk through at end to be sure i was completely satisfied. They even fixed up a few siding pieces not related to the tree damage job and nicely bundled up left over siding for me to have for future repairs.

Had an ice dam that was causing leaking inside the house. The team at Roofing Rochester NY was quick to respond to my call and the team was onsite within 30 minutes. They were able to remove the excess snow and ice and continue to melt ice to mitigate damage. All communications and interactions were personal and professional. Top notch service!

Got a call from wife while I was at work that roof was leaking during an extended freeze after 2’ of snow fall. The folks I spoke with on the phone, Andray and Paul, were super nice and their crew was at my house clearing ice damming and shoveling my roof within 90 mins. First time customer, so far so good! I didn’t have any issues… anything I noticed or brought to there attention was taken care of immediately… they even fixed a piece of my siding that fell off a while ago for me which was not something they were required to do…. I appreciate how easy they made this. I went into this process upset that I had to put a new roof on my house and ended the process happy and amazed at how great it all came together… I highly recommend them for your future roof and gutter installation. 😊

Paul and Andrii saved me today from a serious ice damning problem with water backing up into the house, leaking from the ceiling and freezing through the door casing. They had a quick response, called back immediately, were at the house within 3 hours of my initial call. There was great communication, letting me know they were on the way, patiently answered all my questions, very friendly. They went above and beyond with extra snow removal off the roof, and did a high quality job. I plan to have them back again to help assess preventive measures for future ice damning. I felt I could trust them.

In fall of 2023, I paid Roofing Rochester to do an emergency tarping of a rental property I own (see photos). The combination of a high-pitch roof and its many obstacles made this a high-risk task. Despite this, the guys took their time and made sure the tarp was evenly placed and well secured. The tarp served its purpose, and the entire roof has since been replaced. I think the care and attention to detail in performing such a small task speaks well of this company, and I would recommend considering them for your next roofing project, whether large or small.

Roofing Rochester replaced my roof in November 2025 at a reasonable price and provided a solid warranty. Jake, the Sales Manager, was highly professional and exceptional in his role. Ed, the Production Manager, closely supervised the work and promptly resolved an unexpected siding issue by arranging immediate replacement. The crew worked perfectly well during the snow and freezing weather. Their responsiveness and workmanship were outstanding. We had an excellent experience with Roofing Rochester NY. After damaging winds late last year, we initially needed a small roof repair. When even stronger winds came through afterward, we decided it was best to move forward with a full tear-off and roof replacement. Two kitchen skylights were also replaced as part of the project.

Communication throughout the process was clear, prompt, and consistent. We were scheduled quickly, and the full tear-off and replacement were completed in just one day. The crew was efficient, tidy, respectful of our property, and very easy to work with throughout the day. The quality of the work is excellent, and the pricing was fair.

Our house was effected by the 2024 hail storm. After multiple contractors' promises to help with not only a quote but with battling insurance, we met with Roofing Rochester and Matt. It truly is amazing how one contractor/biz can tell you one thing, and another tell you the exact opposite. Not to mention, cost. The entire team at Roofing Rochester was exceptional. Our project hit a couple snags due to supply issues, but communication was great the entire time. It's mind boggling how one company can be not just 100s or 1000s of dollars difference, but 10,000+ dollars difference in doing the SAME job with the SAME material. Roofing Rochester did what they said they were going to do, at THE best price. Could not recommend them enough and will be doing so moving forward. Of the professionals I've hired to work on my home, CMM is among the best of the best of any I've known. They exceeded all my expectations from Linda as my initial and continuing contact, to Ken, the owner and to Ed & A.J. who did the work. I asked questions and I got prompt, professional answers. The work was completed on time and at the agreed price. The entire team genuinely wants the customer to feel reassured, respected and valued. I called Linda about an issue with the dehumidifier they installed. In less than one hour Ken was at my house to make some minor settling in adjustments. If I ever have another mold problem I will not hesitate to call CMM.

We have a century old mud basement. An old dehumidifier that we neglected resulted in quite a bit of mold growing on the block foundation and on the bottom of the 1st floor, joists, etc. CMM did a phenomenal job. Nick and Tiffany were courteous, professional, clean, and efficient. The basement looks, smells, and feels different. We're so excited to be able to utilize what feels like a new space in our home. It took less than 3 days to transform our basement, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team of Andrew and Ed did the job of 5 or 6, traveling up and down the stairs. They attached our bathroom exhaust vent, and systematically cleaned and treated mold in our attic. They also added much needed insulation, as we were losing all our heat on the 2nd floor! Mark & I would gladly recommend CMM!
