Comprehensive Mold Management did an excellent job at following through on their commitment to cleaning out the mold in my basement and in connection with another company, providing an inspection and recommendation for how to prevent it in the future. We had a good experience with the company overall. Our experience was very similar to patipoca with Ken explaining process and answering questions, Linda coordinated schedules and did all the administrative stuff and Ed and Andrew working in our home. They were always courteous and also answered all of our questions (and we never hesitated to ask!) as they went along. Cost was very fair - right in the range we were expecting.

Everything went as presented to us up front, indeed even better. Ed & Jon arrived first thing in the a.m. and got right after the job, being very careful and respectful of everything around them. They finished a bit ahead of the projected schedule and were very thorough in clean-up. Very courteous gentlemen, too. I'd recommend CMM to anyone and everyone.

Recently had Comprehensive Mold Management take care of some basement mold issue. We had three companies come for assessment. Ken from Comprehensive left very good impression. He was very professional and thorough. It was clear we could trust them to do a proper job. When it came time to do the job, Ed and Andrew from his team did a great job taking care of the issue and cleaning up nicely afterwards.

I purchased a home recently that needed both basement and attic mold remediation. CMM was amazing to work with! Nick and Lamont were very thorough and even ran ahead of schedule. The basement looks amazing and the attic now has the proper ventilation it needs for the mold to stay gone. Definitely recommend CMM for any mold remediation work!

CMM came out a year ago to handle a mold issue in our home. Everyone I interacted with from the office, to the owner and the two workers who came out displayed nothing short of exceptional customer service. They were all kind, courteous and efficient. They were transparent with the whole process and compared to other quotes we received they were competitive with their pricing and the work they did was flawless. We just had our one year mold inspection completed by an independent inspection company and they confirmed what we already knew. That the work was done right and there is no sign of any issues a year later. If you are in the unfortunate situation of having mold in your home I would highly recommend considering CMM.

My experience with Ken, then the crew that did our mold remediation work, were all excellent. Every interaction I had was professional and enjoyable, always with relevent and helpful information. Nick and Lamont were respectful, did excellent work, and left our house clean - as if they hadn't been there. Overall great experience and I highly recomment Comprehensive Mold Management!

No one ever wants to hire a mold-management company, but I’m sure glad they exist. We had a surprise mold finding during a renovation, so I immediately started calling around. Ken came out the same day, spent time assessing the situation and answering my questions, developed a reasonable quote, and scheduled the job for the following week. Johnny, who did the work, was great. He knew his stuff, and left the space looking better than he found it (and not just because the mold was gone). One other thing: I talked to several other mold-management companies as part of this, and it was interesting to see how some went straight to fear-mongering. I really appreciated Ken’s common-sense approach and would hire Comprehensive again if needed (though I hope it’s never needed lol).

Ryan and AJ went above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns. Ken, the owner, and Linda in the office were very accomodating with all our concerns as well. This is the second time I have had work done by this company, including for my own residence, and I highly recommend them.
