Installed a fence for us earlier this spring. We’re very fast, easy to communicate with and did exactly what we were looking for.

Neighbor had a fence installed and this company was rude and disrespectful. Brought equipment on my property without permission and language was terrible. Would never use this company.

I received an on line quote which said to call back if I wanted to speak to someone directly. I left 2 messages, still no response.

If I had received a call back I would not have had to call a 2nd time. I also have caller id.

A real crappy outfit. They put a fence in at my neighbors home and I asked if they were going to clean up the mess they made on my property. The guy laughed and said sure well they left chunks of concrete and pieces of metal as well as piles of dirt on my front grass. They also dug up and destroyed large patches of grass in front of my home where they unloaded their truck with their tracked bobcat. This outfit should be working in the demolition field and need to take a few courses on being a responsible contractor. A very crappy outfit.

BF&R Fence came out and did my fence and it is absolutely amazing. The crew is very friendly and professional, they worked quickly and did not leave any messes for me to have to clean up. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Jeremey did a great job on our fence in North Chili. Super professional and easy to work with. Our dog loves it and so do we!

Awful experience with the owner Jeremy and the office staff. Being a wife & mother, I can't imagine how he talks to his wife and kids. What's funny is friends of ours were getting a new fence installed by BF&R the same week (neither of us knew it was the same company) and they're experience sounded three times as bad. We made a mistake using this company, do not make the same mistake.

I had a wood fence installed in my back yard. I absolutely love it! BF&R fence went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend them. Do not be discouraged if it takes a few months before they can install it, totally worth the wait!!!

I was pretty nervous about hiring a contractor to put in our fence, but these guys blew me away. Karen, the office manager, was prompt about responding to my questions from the start, and Jeremy and his crew did a great job. Even though it was a relatively small job he showed up with a 5 man crew, and they were able to dig the holes, pour the concrete and set the posts in less than an hour. The next day they came back and finished installing the rest of the fence in about another hour. The fence looks great and our dogs are SOOO happy to have a fenced in area to run around in! And the best part is that the overall cost was only about the same as it would have cost me just to buy the materials at a local big-box store... and then I'd still have had to do all the work. I'd absolutely recommend BF&R for any fencing job.

I'd love to be able to give feedback on their work, but they never showed up for the scheduled estimate. The appointment was established via email, so everything was in writing, but they claimed when I wrote them after waiting for hours that they didn't have any record of it. The company didn't bother to return my voicemail either.

I just had a fence done by them around my pool. I will save you a lot of time calling around, I called a lot of people and they were most reasonably priced and responded very quickly whenever I emailed or called them. They even came early to do my fence. They did a great job and owner was very nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend BF&R.

With an oddly shaped yard, we wanted a curved wooden fence and BF&R Fence was able to give us exactly what we were looking for. They put the fence up in 2 days with a foot of snow on the ground and made sure there were no gaps our dog might slip through! They were knowledgeable about the town codes, punctual and professional! We couldn't be happier!
