We chose BF&R because they were responsive and took care of the permits and everything to make the process easy. We have already recommended them to our neighbor, who is also happy with the work. Jeremy & Karen were very nice and we would use them again.

Excellent experience with BF&R. Jeremy was extremely responsive and helped coordinate ordering a custom fence that was exactly what we were looking for in our yard. The price was reasonable and their team was very professional. Most importantly, the fence looks absolutely stunning - totally even, solid feeling, and straight as an arrow. Would highly suggest using BF&R - Webster dept. of public works also spoke highly of them when talking to them.

Ryan and the team at Primus did a great job on our drywall and painting project. The work was clean, detailed, and finished on time. Ryan was easy to communicate with and made sure everything looked right before wrapping up the job. The walls and paint came out smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend Primus to anyone looking for quality home remodeling work.

Backyard gazebo roof-floor-fence: Ryan came highly recommended and I can honestly say that it was best thing that happened to me. I wanted to use different materials and methods of construction. Ryan removed old remnants of a fence and installed a beautiful new wood one- he came right away and was finished in about a week. He also installed a partial section of wood fencing and a new gate for my mother's yard. Good quality work.

Hired Ryan to repair the foundation of my garage.which required carpentry, masonry and painting. Ryan did a great job. He communicates well, is easy to work with and timely.

I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and Primus!! I had a bit of an "emergency" with a broken bedroom window, and after contacting several other places, I decided to go with Primus .... and I could not be more satisfied. Ryan came quickly, gave me a couple of options, then did the job and got everything done and fixed within a couple of hours. After having to live with the challenges that a broken window brings in the middle of winter, I was so relieved when he made it seem like it was no problem to take care. Ryan is courteous, patient, understanding, and kind. He is truly the way "things and people used to be".

I could not be happier, and I absolutely 100% recommend Ryan Primus. I will be calling him again for other jobs, large and small, going forward.

Our garage was in bad repair. Needed to be sided. We contacted Ryan through a listing on nextdoor neighbor. We called on a Friday, Ryan and Charles came out on Saturday. We got a bid on Sunday and knew it was an awesome price. We signed the contract Sunday evening and they were out here on Monday with a crew to remove the old siding! They had to reframe the whole garage except the front. Well, they finished on Thursday and it looks so good. Ryan and all the guys were so nice and respectful. We are so pleased with the job they did and the price and how quickly it was done. We have a couple small projects and we will not hesitate to call Ryan. You can't go wrong. Oh, and most importantly, they cleaned up before they left! Great job Ryan and crew!!

PS...we didn't get any other bids because price was so good. They proved we did correct thing because it's done and looks awesome.
