We have had our hidden pet fence for seven years without issue. Last night the plow truck cut the wire. Pavel was out the next morning and had it diagnosed and fixed. Everything from scheduling to getting the repair completed was handled with great professionalism.

Pavel was great with my dogs! He came out to train when I first got the fence a year ago then came again today to train my new puppy. Super nice, professional, and my dogs love him. He was also very flexible with me as I was on a work call when he came, and was able to work with me while I was multitasking.

We have had great results with our hidden pet fence so far. Our pups are so happy to be outside hanging out with us and we do not have to worry about them leaving our yard. The process of getting it installed was quick and easy. We were concerned with our pitty as she is runner who likes to take off and explore the neighborhood but she has done amazing. I would highly recommend if you are in need of a fence containment system for your beloved fur babies.

We had our yard serviced today by hidden pet fence. We previously had service from them several years agobut needed to have some additional things done, now that we have a garden😆 We were happy with our first experience so we decided to call them back. Their office support is always super helpful and friendly. Our technician Pavel was very courteous and respectful of the yard. I'm a tradesman that never has enough time to punch out the entire list. My wife was nagging me to let someone else do the fence work at our house and I was using it as an opportunity to show her that someone else is not the answer. We hit every delay for weather possible through this process, every possible snag.

Every step of the way, we were notified and set realistic expectations on what was going to happen and what the next steps were. They communicated and came through.

There were some dimensional snags from our mesasurements that we provided that caused some changed and their recommendation was exceptional to navigate our shortcomming on the spec.

If I have any fence work needs, I will never do my own. These guy's are real, honest, quality and noble. Happy to see these craftsmen still exist.

Used these guys to install a chain link fence around my yard. They were great to work with during the initial installation. They were able to come repair the fence after a tree fell and damaged part of it. They quickly finished the jobs.
