I had Hidden Pet Fence installed for my 2 yr old dog. I have had experience with a similar product in the past. I can truthfully say the customer support right from the start was above and beyond. Very friendly staff, worked patiently in training my dog. I couldn’t be any happier with the product or the team of professionals. I now have the Linq collar that provides me the opportunity to train my dog not to jump up on people and to stop barking non stop when deliveries come to the house. Wonderful product/ company and even better employees.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service i received! Pavel came out to fix our invisible fence that had a break in it. He was very friendly and respectful. He quickly was able to tell me what was wrong and what it was going to take to fix it, it took him no time to have it up and running again! He was overall amazing! We had Hidden Pet Fence installed for my high energy 1 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. The technician, Pavel did a great job installing the fence and training my dog. We've had the Hidden Pet Fence for well over a year and are completely satisfied. Our rambunctious German Shephard is well confined!

I've had to call a couple times for repairs, once the gas company severed a wire, last month we felled a tree and a huge branch pummeled the wire.

Our technician, Pavel completed both repairs in less than an hour, checked out the entire system and had plenty of treats for Sage.

We had our fence installed today and want to share how much we appreciate the service we received. Pavel arrived and met our three Dobermans and he connected with them instantly! Pavel made my husband and I feel comfortable right away as we watched him interact with the dogs and take the time to answer all our questions. He installed the fence and then when it was time to take the dogs out , he did not rush and was amazing with them! After the install and first training, he sat down and reviewed the important details that we needed to know, and again answered our questions. The whole process/plan was explained thoroughly by each person we spoke with, and any questions/concerns we had were addressed and answered immediately. And we had a lot of questions!

Charlotte was the sales rep we worked with and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She didn’t give off the typical sales person vibe, which was so refreshing, just an honest and genuine person that was a pleasure to work with.

Pavel was the tech that completed our install and training. He was very professional, efficient, friendly and so kind. Our dog Rambo took to him instantly the day of install, and was so happy and excited to see Pavel again when he returned for the second training session.

I really appreciated Pavel’s knowledge and experience, and his install work was solid. We are on 2 acres and have a couple of rugged areas I was concerned we wouldn’t be able to fence, but Pavel assured us he could get it done, and he did!

Pavel checked and rechecked his work day of install, and showed true professionalism and care by ensuring he was leaving us with top quality and functionality of the completed install.

We have had zero issues so far, but I am confident that if we ever do, this company will stick by their work and make things right.

excellent company. we have used them for years, at two different houses. their philosophy is that a properly trained dog will respond to the lowest possible setting, maybe only a beep, or a vibration. if dogs are not responding they change settings gently and retrain the dog. we have had Pavel train 4 of our dogs over the years, and once he is done ( and we follow his instructions to continue the training) the dogs have never left the yard. in fact one dog calmed down significantly after realizing that his territory was limited to our yard. Pavel and all the employees clearly love dogs and care deeply that they are happy and safe.

Very pleased with the service and friendly nature of office staff as well as Pavel the service technician. Our invisible fence needed repair and the service and timely manner of my appointment was wonderful. It was nice to actually speak to someone rather than a recording like our previous invisible fence company.

Today Pavel came to our home to repair our underground dog fence. Impressively, he located and repaired the break extremely quickly. He was courteous, professional, and answered my questions as I followed him around while he worked. We switched away from Invisible Fence brand due to their cost and rude customer service.

We have 3 large dogs. This hidden fence has been wonderful the dogs took to it almost immediately. Best investment for our pets we have ever made. The trainer was great and it only took one day. Worth every penny.

We have had our fence for about 6-7 months now and it has been wonderful. Pavel was super patient helping to train our dogs in the beginning after installation and then also came to quickly repair our fence when my husband accidentally hit a wire while digging out weeds. Our dogs love their freedom outside and we have peace of mind knowing they are safe and well trained to stay within their known areas. Highly recommend to any dog owners as this company is super easy to work with and affordable! Great customer service!

Awesome experience! Everyone I spoke with was super nice and professional. Pavel, the installer and trainer was thorough with the installation. Our dog Muppet responded well to him and the flags when carefully trained around the perimeter. So far, so good! FYI! If you’re a veteran, they currently offer a discount as of July 2025.

Pavel installed our fence. He was very good with our new rescue pup who can be very timid with new people. She was not at all timid with him and responded well to his initial training. The company follows through on everything promised so far! Pavel showed up when he said he was going to and was very clear with all of his instructions!

Overall a good product and service experience. We have had the system for just over a year and outside of some initial placement issues-- that they corrected, everything continues to function properly.
We needed to have a service tech come out to fix a cut wire and to change its location to prevent additional issues. Pavel was efficient and was able to make the changes we wanted. Labor was a bit on the more expensive side for repairs.

We have had very good experiences with Hidden Pet Fence and Pavel. We installed our fence 2 years ago and Pavel was very knowledgeable and great with training our anxious dog. We recently needed some maintenance due to a tree root, and Pavel was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. They are a friendly company to work with, highly recommend!
