We have two large areas fenced in using hidden pet fences, and it works great. We have a Siberian Husky, so you know the fence works if it works for a Husky. We had to have the fence fixed because I accidently broke the wire with our tractor (oops), and they came right out to fix it
We also had to replace a collar (left it on the hood of the car, it's somewhere in Brockport), and replacing it was no problem. Great product, it's worth the money to keep your fur babies safe.

Was perfect. Had to get the Collar Redone for For Our new dog. Was nice, kind, punctual amazing company and customer service

I LOVE Hidden Fence!! Before HF my 8 month old Doberman was pulling me across the yard every time he had to go out. Being it was in the middle of Winter, I fell several times. Now, I let him out and he has full reign of the yard. For the first time he can run; and he takes advantage of that fact! I called the office several times and they were very friendly and helpful. My tech was the same and answered all the questions I had, before and after installation. I would highly recommend them!

We have had the pet fence system for 20+ years. We have really had no issues. Sevice call was easy to schedule without an extensive wait. Pavel the technician was very friendly and quickly able to determine the issue and get it fixed. It was very late in the day but he stayed until everything was working satisfactorily. Thank you.

We lost our dog and had work done on the yard before adopting a new dog. In spite of the broken underground wire installed 12 years ago by Hidden Pet Fence, and the late hour, Pavel was helpful, courteous, and kind with our new rescue pup. The system is now working again and we have a plan to help our dog get used to where the yard is safe and where not to go. Everyone we spoke with in the office is also knowledgable and courteous.

Joe came out to service my invisible pet fence that had been damaged from some gas line work in the neighborhood! He did a great job- professional and friendly and got it fixed!

Needed a fix in our line that accidentally got cut. Came right out. Found it right away and repaired it. Our pup remembered the guy and was super happy to see him again. Fence really works and employees have always been friendly.

When getting a new fence ask for Pavel. He installed my fence and trained the dog. Today he returned for a repair which was our fault. After making the repair Pavel did a quick survey and find a minor problem from installation. Ask for Pavel - he really cares about doing a quality job and is as nice as he is competent. It’s so refreshing.

He’s been out a couple of times, once to fix a break in the fence and now to replace the main module. he’s courteous and kind and make sure everything is working before he leaves..

Charlotte was excellent! She came out and explained everything perfectly making the process very easy. Pavel came out for training and instantly bonded with my dog! He was very professional and did an excellent job with training my dog and making him at ease with the collar. Could not recommend them more!

Pavel was absolutely wonderful. You can tell he enjoys his job. He was super friendly with my dogs. He was knowledgeable and has fantastic manners. This is the Second time hes come to my housr to train. My boyfriend and I think he was wonderful. Love this company. The receptionist was great when i needed to order batteries. Highly reccomend!

Hidden Pet Fence installed a two-zone system for us over 4-years ago. Their staff and service were great, and the system has worked for us flawlessly since then. I should have written a review of their service then, but I didn't. What drove me to do so today is how they went over and above what is to be normally expected. I was packing to go on a long weekend trip with my wife and daughter when my landscaper accidently ripped through the Hidden Pet Fence line, which brought the system down hard. We weren't planning on taking the dogs with us and had someone coming to our house to take care of them. Not having the Hidden Pet Fence working was not an option. My wife was ready to cancel our trip, when I called Hidden Pet Fence to plead our case. The next opening they had on their schedule was a week out, but one of their field techs, Joe (you are the man!), said he could likely wrap up a couple jobs early and "squeeze" us in. Later that day he did just that. Within 30 minutes of his arrival, he assessed the problem, fixed it, communicated what was done, and was on his way. Joe saved our trip and eased our minds about leaving our dogs behind. Amazing service and commitment to service. That is what you can expect from Hidden Pet Fence. I can't thank them enough. Pavel did such a great job with training our 8 month old puppy. He was very kind and patient with her. We had our fence installed almost 10 years ago for our other 2 dogs but they have since passed, so we needed to train our new baby with the fence. I highly recommend this fence company over all the others!!

We recently scheduled Hidden Pet Fence to install an underground Advanced Pro system at our home. The company sent out a young man who immediately went to work on a day when it was 90 degrees out with about 90% humidity. This young man, Pavel was his name worked throughout the day from around ten in the morning until the system was installed at 6pm that evening. Then after the installation was complete he went to work training our four month old GSP. I have never seen our dog bond with a stranger so quickly, Pavel is truly a European dog whisperer!!! He worked quickly and gently with our dog introducing her to the fence perimeter. Finally after a full exhausting day he took the time to go over all the paperwork including the training techniques we needed to follow during the first week of training. We hope the system works as well and as hard as their installer.

I had Hidden Fences install a fence for my Border Collie puppy who would not stop chasing cars that drove by. Charolette came and explained the whole process very thoroughly and scheduled an installation date. The installer/dog trainer was excellent and efficient. Once installation was complete, he very gently introduced my dog to the fence. He was very kind and patient with my puppy and explained what I needed to do for the next couple of weeks. The training was successful, and I can now be assured that my puppy is safe thanks to Hidden Fences. Thank you very much, good job team!!!

Always exceptional service. We’ve had our fence for over eight years and never had an issue (other than my breakage fron gardening!) which Ralph and Laurie promptly service.
