Our lawn is beautiful because of Lawn Doctor! When we moved into our new home the grass was half dead and FULL of weeds. In one season we saw a gorgeous lawn and we've stuck with Lawn Doctor ever since. Their team is highly responsive, always gives a heads up as to when they're coming, and they're super friendly to work with. Thank you Lawn Doctor!

They do a great job. My lawn has never looked better. They are always available via phone or email if I have a question and they get back almost immediately. I have no complaints, the service is great and I would highly recommend them.

Our hardscape installer, who also runs a mowing service, recommended them. According to him, all the best looking lawns he mows are being treated by Lawn Doctor. We gave them a shot and have utilized their services for two years now. We are very happy with how our lawn looks and our interactions with their staff. We switched from a national service that we had become very disappointed with and Lawn Doctor has made a huge difference at a much lower cost - especially for aeration with over-seeding. That was literally a third of the price of the prior company plus you can actually see the grass seed. We have a fenced yard and a dog and they always notify us early enough to accommodate him and have never damaged the fence or left the gate open. Our lawn is green and rich and healthy - enough so that 2 neighbors are now clients too. We highly recommend them.

We've been using Lawn Doctor a long time. I love supporting a locally owned business. The staff is friendly and professional, the service is excellent, and the quality is fantastic. We're continually kept in the loop regarding what to expect. We get a call before they're coming and a receipt following with the services performed along with incidental things they noticed and treated along the way. A while back we thought we could save a buck by buying the bags of treatment and applying them ourselves, but in the end, the cost difference is negligible and the time spent applying and treating various issues is simply not worth it. Having a professional assess the lawn and treat problem spots, returning to treat them if they come back is more cost effective and less of a headache in the end. Gladly will continue to recommend this business.

The thing I like best about using the Lawn Doctor is that I am not getting a different person coming to evaluate my lawn or perform services every time, like some of their competitors that I have used previously. So I don't have to keep re-explaining any issues I have had or what I am looking to accomplish. They seem very knowledgeable, and communication is very good, again, unlike some of their competitors. I use them mostly for weed control/fertilization, but I have also had them do seeding and pest control. I always get an automated call the day before they schedule an application, and they are very good about rescheduling pretty quickly if I let them know that day is not convenient because I want to mow the lawn first, for example.

My lawn was a disaster. I had tons of weeds etc and knew that I needed a lawn service. I decided on Rochester Lawn Doctor because they’re locally owned, had good reviews and are reasonable. I had them last year and renewed them for this year. My lawn is doing much better. And anytime I’ve had to call the office, the office staff is very polite and responsive. I would definitely recommend them!

I have used Lawn Doctor for the past 5 years including a small, enclosed gate area and I have been pleased. They show up with a night before phone call. If a problem should arise, they respond and follow up immediately (missed the little area once) came back within an hour and never forgot again. I would highly recommend them, and they are priced way much better than what you get in the mail/big companies and if you pay annually, you get a free root booster. All staff are friendly and pay attention to what you are saying and leave your premises neat and orderly, and my lawn looks great.

We used Lawn Doctor for weed control and really liked the outcome. We were very happy with how fast the weeds disappeared. Although the weeds do not fully disappear, the regular treatments helped keep them at bay. Very happy with their professional service. Only thing I would have liked is for me to know the schedule a little earlier (about a week earlier-which understandably can be tough to say) so that I could plan my other lawn activities accordingly.

We decided to try Lawn Doctor for the first time this year. They were competitively priced and were pleasant to talk to on the phone. I received a phone call before every treatment, telling me when they would arrive and they were always on time. I was very pleased with the way my lawn looked this year and I would not hesitate to recommend Lawn Doctor to anyone looking for a better lawn.

When we moved here in 2019 the lawn was loaded with weeds. The neighbors on our street all had great lawns. I did not want us to be THAT house!
I called Lawn Doctor and set up a plan for our lawn.
It took a while for the first service, but I believe that is because we started late in the Season, and it wasn't the correct time for the treatment we needed.
I was with another company at our old address and I could swear our weeds actually got worse after treatment for a whole year!
Anyway, Winter came, then Covid!
I was pleased to see my lawn looking so much healthier in the Spring.
Not perfect, but highly improved.
This year I am blown away!
My lawn is thick, green, and has little, to no visible weeds.
I am 100% pleased with the service I have received so far.

It's hard to find good value for your money these days.

The Lawn Doctor has been a great company to work with. My property looks great. They come when they are scheduled and the technicians are thorough and polite, all for a third of the price of the big companies.

Have used Lawn Doctor for a few years now. Used to do my own lawn control. Was essentially the same cost to move to Lawn Doctor. Fantastic company, and excellent results. No moss, no grubs, lawn is green and thick. They even treat the large hill in our backyard. Very happy with them, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for lawn care!

Finally, a wonderful experience with a lawn company !!! Our last lawn service company had done a decent job, until being bought out. We then had a variety of issues, none the less, the lawn looked awful and they refused to even come check out the issues. We gave up, and tried to do it ourselves for 2 years. Well, we definitely made the issue worse. That's when I called Lawn Doctor. Their reviews were good and we liked giving business to a local company again. We were not disappointed. Over the past few months, they have contacted us ahead as requested, showed up as expected, been beyond professional and friendly and the end result is a happy customer and a lawn that is on it's way to looking good. And a complete shock is when I call them, they answer !!! We are so happy with their service and can't wait to see how good our lawn looks next summer. Thank you Lawn Doctor !!

We've used other lawn services and by far Lawn Doctor is one of the best! They are reliable, flexible service schedule and great at letting us know when they plan to apply product. We are pet owners and important to know what day we need to keep her off the lawn. Highly recommend.

We have had Lawn Doctor do our lawn service for over 5 years now. After a number of years before with other lawn services and disappointing results it's been nice to see an improving lawn and to get compliments from the neighbors. They have always done a nice job for us.

This was my first year with Lawn Doctor and I’m very pleased. The lawn had been somewhat neglected and is well on its way to green and weed free. They are responsive when contacted and provide great lawn care information.

We have been using Lawn Doctor for at least 10 years now and our yard looks amazing. They give me a call the day before they come just so we are aware and are always quick yet thorough. Our grass is weed free and a beautiful dark green. Their prices are reasonable-I actually haven't price shopped in a very long time but the last time I did, they beat their competitors' prices by a lot!

I have been using Lawn Doctor for the past 2 1/2 years now and I am more than happy with their service. I don't have the time or the know how to properly treat my yard for the number of weeds I get. I couldn't enjoy my yard in the summer without it stressing me out, and I was tired of spending my time and money on products that were making things worse, so I gave them a shot and it has been WELL WORTH the money! I noticed a huge difference with my very first treatment. I will never do it on my own again!
