Adrian was very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was great at explaining what he was doing and the process he was taking to eliminate our pest problem. I really really really enjoyed how he did his job and am really glad that you sent this particular person. Way way way better than the last person that ladybug had been sending us and Adrian did a lot more detailed work to get rid off the pest. I truly am looking forward to the next visit

OMG Immaculate customer service! Wes, was a gentleman. Very informative. He educated us on our bug issue. He thoroughly exterminated the house from the top to bottom. Super friendly and helpful guy. Lady bug came out the same day! I would recommend to everyone and use their services again, if needed. Thank you.

I had bees in the ground...they came quickly and took care of the problem..it was late in the year so come spring I'm hoping they don't return!!😊..they were very encouraging and helpful!!

Wes was awesome! Sprayed a protective barrier to keep the bugs that bother me away! The whole team was super understanding and reassuring. Amazing customer service and even better work ethics. They came out super quick! Highly recommend!

We found a small colony of ants had moved into the drainage ditch and surrounding area of our basement after some localized flooding, called Lady Bugs and was set up for extermination same day. I was panicked when calling, having just found the main nest, and the woman, Brandy, talked me though the whole process, set me up with an appt, payment options, and a four-month warranty on service. Marco was my service person, and assured me that with 16 years of experience he could help us get rid of them for good. All staff I interacted with were helpful, polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Will report back after a few months to notate success of treatment, but service and personnel were top tier. Highly recommend for quick easy pest removal.

Adrian did a fantastic job. Ladybug is way better than their competitors. The staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and they take care of any problems you have. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! If I could rate this company a 0 I would. I signed up with Brandy and now Brandy no longer works there a week later and my price has changed. Wes the manager acted like it was always that price. I told Wes the manager if that’s true then I’ve been told misinformation and that it was not my fault and to listen to our phone call. He responded saying he would go check but I’d have to still pay $150 Cancellation fee. I was charged $70 for service that was not completed. I never signed a contract and he was pissed when he found out it wasn’t signed ( brandy didn’t mention a signature ) so he was unable to charge me $150 cancellation fee & seem upset about that. I requested a refund for what I was charged and Wes denied it. Wes the manager is very rude & unprofessional. Big time hustler and hard up for money. I wanted to talk about canceling and me being misinformed about prices but He kept talking over me about contracts and having someone come out again to get me to stay with the company that I’m unhappy with. I don’t feel that the products that this pest control company uses are good. He kept on with talking about contracts and I got overwhelmed and mentioned to him that me and my mom have been going through a lot due to my father passing away & that we would like to cancel due to us just getting started and already having bad business. He responded with “ this has nothing to do with your father…anyways then goes on talking about me staying with the company.. all I could do is confirm it’s been cancelled and hung up. Would not wish this kind of customer service on anyone & karma goes to Wes the manager. Brandy was excellent so no wonder she no longer works there! If you are considering this company do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. Good luck everyone!

We recently hired Lady Bugs for pest control services, and I can’t say enough good things about them. From start to finish, they were amazing—responsive, professional, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to answer all our questions, explained the treatment process thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. They were especially kind to us and didn't make us feel silly for our unreasonable fear of spiders lol

Jose was great. We had a large hornets nest high in one of our trees. He was knowlegeable, and worked doggedly to remove the hive successfully. He was very professional and cleaned up the nest parts from the ground. Highly recommend Jose.

Marco Pineda had helped me with a huge spider problem I had in my basement! He was so professional, understanding and caring about my situation. He was absolutely thorough. Before he came to help. I had night nightmares of these 8 legged horror film stars climbing all over my home. He infiltrated and he exterminated every last one of them. I no longer see them down in the basement when I go to do laundry. Marco made me feel safe in my home again! My kids and I are so greatful.Thank you Marco. I would recommend him and his company to anyone. Thank you for all your help! ❤️

They are awesome. We love ladybugs so much. They come out as soon as we need them to. They are well educated and Services are always professional Wes was awesome.

Jose always takes care of our property but when he’s not around Wes steps in and helps out

Came same day we called to spray wasps by our front door and by side of house. Explained process and told us he would return if there were any signs of wasps in a few days. Thank you to Wes for good job and your friendly manner.

The people at Lady Bug All Pest Solutions are wonderful. They are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was very easy to contact them and make an appointment. Tyler did a great job, he sprayed our huge wasp nest and treated all around our house to prevent further nests. Wes kept me informed of everything that was happening and came out the next day to remove the wasp nest since the wasps were too aggressive to remove the nest on the day of the treatment.

Great customer service, communication was effect and thorough. Employee that came out was super helpful and knowledgeable! The owner was very sweet and even offered to come out for free after we had a horrible experience with another company.

Sorry guys this one is a detailed one. But believe me when I tell you the staff at Lady Bug All Pest Solutions are incredible. I freaked out when I found a little critter on my carpet and instantly thought the worst. I googled exterminators in the area and I swear the Lord told me "go with this one" and that was Lady. They allowed me to drop off the critter to identify it where I met Wes and even the own Dara. Wes was even kind enough to check my rental car quickly for me. The other experts looked at the critter i caught and assured me it wasn't what i thought and man was it a relief. But it wasn't just the assurance of the insect that brought me relief, it was the simple kindness of the staff. They LITERALLY treat you like family. This is the kind of business we need to support and I promise you, you will not regret it. Thank you so much to the staff at Lady Bugs All Pest Solutions.

We called late morning for a problem that we had bees attacking us as we walked up to our front door. My husband and I were both stung without even knowing where they were coming from.
Ladybug solution was very pleasant on the phone. Wes came out early afternoon the same day. Wes was wonderful, polite, professional and answered all my questions.
He even had to wait until we had a break in the rain we were getting.
We had other companies come for bee control but they were definitely not as promp or polite as this company.

Great service. The technicians are all very knowledgeable and kind. Wes was the most recent tech. The office staff are always helpful and available when I call. Go local and call lady bugs!

We had an issue with cockroaches after I had a friend stay with us. They were impossible to get rid of! Or so I thought. I tried every home remedy that I could possibly try and lady Bug has control came in and after assessing it and treating, we finally are roach free! It did take a couple tries, but they stuck with it until the job was done.

Wes is amazing!!! He did an amazing job and since we've switched to ladybugs we have had NO ISSUES
