I found a couple hornets in my attic and immediately assumed the worst, and Ladybugs came out the next day! Wes was super great, he assessed the whole outside of the house and sprayed their suspected entry point, then went into the attic to kill the ones I had seen. Explained the behavior of hornets and assured me that since they were near windows, they were probably lost and the nest was likely where he had sprayed outside. I feel so much better and would recommend the heck out of them!

Jake came out and removed a bird nest from my bathroom vent. Thanks, Jake!

Ladybugs is very responsive, showing up in a timely manner to assess the job. The service provider educates you on how to prevent the issue from continuing, as well as treats whatever is needed. They are very helpful!

We were having a problem with bees and within 24 hours Lady Bugs was onsite solving the issue. What I appreciated was their willingness to educate me about how I can prevent this in the future.- three weeks later we heard mice it attic. A different technician came to house with same great service!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars

This was the first time I used Lady Bug. I was so impressed with our technician. He was well trained, professional and down right friendly. We had a fairly significant bee issue and our tech put an end to it. We are so grateful that there are good people who do an exemplary job. We will always used Lady Bug. 🐞

Lady Bugs is amazing! We have stink bugs, and want them GONE! We called Lady Bugs and they recommended we wait until fall for stink bug prevention, as that is the best time for application. My wife and I were assured that the treatment is applied safely for both kids and pets. We look forward to having them come in the fall and saying goodbye to stink bugs!

We had a squirrel in the roof and they came right out with help of Lady Bugs service. Incredibly reliable and professional. Very fast response time. The technician clearly laid out the plan, completed the exclusion work, then retuned to make sure the job was done completely. Can’t say enough good things about these folks. I hope we never have to deal with pests again, but if we do, I will be calling these guys.

Called him mid afternoon on a Friday and he was out the next day. Very fair price. He showed up with a remote controlled stump grinder that took care of one 32" diameter stump and one 28" diameter stump in about 10 min. Overall great service. Highly recommend.

I called on Wednesday or Thursday, and Ernie was at my house with his equipment on Saturday morning. He removed 2 stumps from our yard. Great service. Great work. Reasonable price too!

I highly recommend this contractor. He was professional, proficient, careful, and affordable.
His remotely controlled equipment has tractor-like tires and won't damage reasonably firm soil.
If you're thinking of getting any number of stumps (two in my case) ground, just do it. It is way quicker and more affordable than you can imagine. But, get this guy! You won't regret it.

As others have said in their one star ratings. Birchcrest Tree Service under contract with RGE came to our neighborhood on a maintenance trimming for the powerlines which I realize is a necessary thing. The problem I have is the fact I was home all day and I even gave the 8 or so crew bottles of Poland Springs water. The problem is that not one of them came to my door to announce their intentions on what they were going to do to my property. What they did without consulting me or asking permission was that with their metal boot spikes climbed my beautiful Red Oak tree that I planted as a twig and was about 30 yrs old...These metal spikes which give the climber anchor points in the tree by piercing the bark and foothold into the cambium layer. underneath the bark breech the outer protection of the bark. These spikes can carry bacteria or fungus from other trees they have climbed that day or previous days and now infect my tree....Which is exactly what happened. Now my beautiful Red Oak no longer sprouts leaves or drops acorns. Now it is acompletely standing dead tree that there is no fix other than cutting it down. Soon after they did the trimmings I called their office to inquire and complain and a female office manager, who was not really polite said she would have a supervisor call me back, who never did. The crazy thing is the climber cut limbs off of my tree that the tips were 10 feet away from any wires and wouldn't be a threat in the next 10 or 15 yrs..Now I have to pay probably $1000 to $1500 to have this tree cut down, but I'd rather do that than have Birchcrest cut it down for free..If I could give them a minus 10 I would

Both crews did a great job with the work done, and the cleanup. I talked briefly with the guys, they were all friendly and polite. I would recommend Birchcrest to anyone, who needs tree work. The employees are competent and knowledgeable. Job well done.
