Always love Walmart!

This location has consistently proven to be one of the most disappointing places for pickup orders. The associates show little regard for customers’ time, often causing unnecessary delays. In addition, many staff members offer minimal assistance and appear to lack the English-language skills needed to communicate effectively, which further complicates the experience.

Tony and his crew did a great job trimming and weeding. They were on time and took all the debris with them. Need any of the above and more call them you won’t be sorry!

Tony was a professional all the way. My fence was in desperate need of repair and he made the broken areas look like new.

Tony is fantastic to work with! We received quotes from a number of companies to repair our aging deck but ultimately went with Tony because of how thorough and enthusiastic he was with his suggestions on what could be done. The options and timelines he provided based on our budget and goals were better than almost everyone we talked to, and he treated our deck like it was his own throughout the entire process. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work and we would not hesitate to hire him again for anything we need!

We have used them for our landscaping for years now, have always exceeded our expectations and provided beautiful results. Jobs were completed in a timely manor and have received lots of compliments on the finished products from our friends. Pricing is very fair for the caliber work they delivered. We will definitely be utilizing their expertise again

Dealt with Jason over the summer. Had some backyard projects such as weed/shrub removal, laying paper and mulch as well as dirt removal. Was very reliable, efficient and cost was more than fair. Highly recommend his services.

I would highly recommend. I hired them for landscaping and the work was beautifully done and done quickly. I hired them this winter for plowing since I liked their quick and efficient work, but we didn't have much of a winter this year. The one bad storm we did have, they were quickly out and plowing my driveway and when I came home from work it looked as if they had JUST plowed it again! I can't say how many times they came by that day, but I'm impressed. Plan on using them next year for plowing as well.

Jason, the owner of CPM, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great work ethic, always on time, and did a great job of negotiating a reasonable rate for both my Mother and Father's homes. A few of the services that he was hired to take care of include weeding, weekly lawn mowing, bush trimming, and snow plowing. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone that pays great attention to detail, and takes pride in their work.

We all know how brutal the rochester winters can be and this winter was a long one .. but CPM took a lot off of my plate with there snow removal services. We never had any problems, they were on time, and always did a great job. highly reccomend there services. We plan on using them to make our landscaping ideas come to life this spring since they did such a great job this winter. great job!!!

My recommendation is DO NOT use CPM property for snow removal service if you are a home owner. On the other hand, if you love to shovel, by all means, hire them because you will be doing a lot of shoveling because they will not keep your driveway free of snow. My neighbor and I both hired them for the 2012-13 winter season for home driveway snow plowing. They do NOT come with 3" of snow as the contract states. Even worse, we had two storms (>12" of snow) last year, one after Christmas and one in February and they did NOT come either time. I called 4 times during the February storm. They provided horrible service. Unlimited trips, per the contract, was not honored either. If they come (and that's a big IF) and it snows more than 3" additional inches, they will NOT come again. I have a simple 40ft straight driveway that only takes 2 minutes to plow. When they did come (rarely) it wasn't until mid-day, so don't expect a plow before you go to work. Check them out the BBB site...they would not settle a claim either.

Another OUTSTANDING year with CPM! I hired Jason and his crew at CPM Property NY in the summer of 2012 for both landscaping services and snow plowing services at my home and multiple rental properties. He is very reliable when it comes to being on time and getting the job done with high standards. His prices are reasonable and his standards are exceptional. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family and they all speak highly of his work. Thank you Jason and your crew for our long lasting relationship. I look forward to the many years to come.
