This is a GREAT company...not good - GREAT! Fit my “tiny” job into their busy schedule and made the drive from Macedon down to the West Lake Rd on Conesus Lake. My cottage looks BRAND NEW...seriously, like it was built yesterday!
Gutters that I thought were destined to look miserable forever look like they were just installed!
Add personable and professional to their list of great qualities and you’ve defined “BFHomeServices”.
Would (and will!) absolutely recommend them without hesitation and look forward to doing business with them again.
Why can’t all companies be this cool!

We have a two story home that was in need of cleaning. We had BF Home Services power wash the house. He also treated the roof on our breezeway that had moss growing on it. He did a fantastic job and I definitely recommend this company.

Opening a Barn Wedding Venue and had BF Home Services come pressure wash the gazebo, barn, silo and retaining wall. They all look WONDERFUL. The brides/grooms are going to be so pleased!!

Fran and the entire team are so professional and want to please. Requested a few extras that I hadn't thought of and they started cleaning ... picnic tables, benches. Haven't had service like this in many years!!

I am totally thrilled with their work and recommend them to anyone in the Rochester / Lyons area. Looking forward to your return in July and early fall. Thank you so much for your hard work!!

All I can say is WOW. My house is white and over the years dirt and grass has caused stains from the ground to the roof. They gave me an estimate and in only 3 hours my stained siding is sparkling white and they honored their estimate. To be honest I feel it was a steal. I’m not one to do reviews but this is an exception. I literally walked the entire house and cannot find a spot they missed. My wife had been bothering me for a year to get the siding done she was embarrassed by the way it looked. She came home and was soooo happy the way it turned out. So if your looking for a company to come in get the job done and stand by their price I’m telling you look no further. They will make your siding look like brand new. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks again for making the house look so nice and look forward to doing the roof in the spring.

BF Home Services did a fantastic job cleaning our brick surround to our inground pool. The bricks had never been cleaned before most likely (over 20 or so years) and they now look great! I would highly recommend them.

I have never had my home washed before and am extremely glad I contacted BF Home Services to do it. They did a great job, and above all were courteous, professional and meticulous. Highly professional, seamless business practices, fairly priced, and great at what they do. Fran and Brian's genuine interest in customer satisfaction—from start to finish—is very refreshing (and we had a very complicated cedar roof to clean...). I bought a house badly in need of TLC. It hadn’t been cleaned in over a decade. BF Home Services changed all that in one afternoon! They soft-washed my house, garage and roof and I feel so much happier with my house and have much less buyer’s remorse!! Haha. Thank you! BF did a great job cleaning my very dirty deck last week. They even got out an oil stain from my grill. Fran and Brian were very professional, pleasant and thorough. I would use them again for the services they provide!

Brian and Fran did an awesome job on our home. The siding hasn't looked so bright and clean since the house was built 22 years ago! And the windows looked great..........my wife remarked that Brian and Fran cleaned windows we were told couldn't be cleaned. They sparkled! When the job was complete they cleaned up any debris and left the house looking much better than when they arrived. Thank You!!

BF Home Services is one of those companies that actually communicates with the customer and makes it easy. I appreciated receiving documentation via email for review. Scheduling was quick and easy. Fran will give you all the facts and doesn't lay on any unnecessary upselling. They did a great job power washing the house and I plan to use their services again in the future.

They exceeded all expectations. A fabulous job. Some corners of our house were covered with seven years of mold and green slime. That is all gone. The house looks brand new. Stunning. Neighbors delighted too.

On 4/27/2020, BF Homeservices came out and power washed my vinyl fence. The fence is white but was covered in tree sap and just general dirt after 15 years!

After the cleaning, the fence is startling white! BF Homeservices did an amazing job! They cleaned things I couldn’t even see!

While they were here I asked them to clean my front concrete stoop and sidewalk. My stoop was green with 40 years of dirt and mossy mold. Now it looks like new concrete!

I cannot recommend BF Services enough!! Thank you for such a great job!!

We had our roof cleaned and sidewalk concrete cleaned. They did an awesome job, 10 out of 10!!! They were very conscientious about protecting our scrubs and landscaping. They even washed my sunroom skylights for me at no charge. They were on time, knowledgeable, professional and made sure everything was cleaned-up before leaving. We are SO happy with how amazing our home looks after we had them soft wash it. With a house that it almost 5,000 square ft., it was not an easy job by any means. Fran and her husband worked all day long in the on and off rain and chilly weather to get the job done. I highly recommend their services to everyone!!

They did a great job - my house and deck look great and they were professional the whole time. They kept me informed during the scheduling process and communicated all that I needed to know. I’m really glad I had them power wash my house before putting it on the market. Great job and great value!

The entire BF Home Services experience was top notch. Fran made the the scheduling and payment process easy and Brian did a great job on our home. The siding is 14 years old and now looks like it did when first installed. I highly recommend these folks!

I very much enjoyed the look of my house after BF completed the job. They were able to remove all the black spots( I think was mold) also brightened up the siding color. My gutters are flowing great no more water spilling over the sides. Thank you for your service I’ll be calling again!!

BF Home Services is the best overall company I have worked with in a very long time, across all industries. I worked with Brian and Fran, and despite scheduling difficulties (on my end) they were able to accommodate an early Spring appointment. Brian and Max showed up on a Sunday afternoon in the rain, and worked incredibly hard to make our dingy farmhouse sparkle. They spent 7 hours spraying, scrubbing, washing windows and cleaning gutters at a more than fair price. They are a top notch company that delivers an excellent service with a smile. I highly recommend BF for any and all of the services they offer. They will certainly be back next year!
