Well, if you see their crew in the area, don’t park you car with the windows or top down. They don’t care, they’ll fill your car with grass and dirt. Idiots.

Very disappointed in the snowplow service. Snow keeps piling up, they don't show up. Unreliable and poor plowing.

RLC is one of the best landscape companies in the Rochester area! I am extremely happy with their fertilization service as well as the professionalism and attentiveness to customer service!

Really nice boat launch, as long as you know how to backup a trailer. Entrance is very small and goes through a guardrail. Always clean and up kept.

We are very pleased with RLC. The workers are all very nice and professional. Everyone in the office is great, too. Quality work and great prices. We are repeat customers for sure!

I have a snow plowing contact with Rochester Lawn Care 1502 Qualtrough Rd. In the contrast it states if we get 3 inches of snow they will start plowing the drive way. Rite now we have at least 1 foot of snow and no plow to be seen and we're expecting 1 1/2 in of sow per hr through out the night. These people are very unreliable I will never use them again and I hope nun of my friends and neighbors will use them either.

Dont know the work they do as I could not get past the 1200.00$ quote for spring clean up, roll and dethatch. I usually do it myself. Spring clean up takes maybe 2hrs by myself with a rake. I rent a power rake for 4hrs to dethatch and have it back in 2hrs. The rolling I usually have done for about 100$ and it may take 20 minutes so I dont have a big yard. I dont know the people. They where quick to provide a quote and maybe they do great work but I'm not interested in being robbed blind. If you have extra cash and want to pay the 450$/hr they charge let me know how it looks but I would seriously avoid this company all together.

I would recommend Rochester Lawn Care to anyone who would like to see their yard look like a well-maintained park or private golf course!
Although I am currently unable to do my own yardwork, it was easy to hire RLC, because my neighbors use them every year, and their yards looks amazing.
From what I see, their attention to detail sets them apart from other lawn services in the neighborhood.

Follow up to my last review. It has been several weeks now and still no correspondence from owner or manager about my concerns. We had to hire a new company to take care of our driveway. As of today my driveway was plowed by new company, but my neighbors was not, he chose to stay with Rochester Lawn Care.

These folks are great to work with. My lawn has never been so good. The tech's and office staff are personable, courteous and reactive to calls.

Rochester Lawn Care is the best! One of the employees broke the gate to our fence during an application. We weren't home but Emma contacted us to let us know what happened and to let us know it will be fixed by them. A day later a very apologetic man from RLC came by to see the damage (I can't remember his name) and let us know it would be fixed within the next couple of days and IT WAS!!! The gate is as good as new and RLC is good for their word! Our yard/lawn has always looked good but this was above and beyond the professional way it was handled. We can't say enough good things about Rochester Lawn Care!

Contracted for snow plowing for 2 years and they failed to show up multiple times after major snow falls! Very hard to reach management by phone to find out what was happening. Then, nothing but bad excuses from management when I finally did reach them. "We accidentally plowed the wrong street!" "Truck broke down on way to your neighborhood", "We will be there soon! (and 6 hours later, nobody has come). Awful service! Highly recommend avoiding this outfit at all costs!

We had their service for 2 years. First year was not bad. The second year we had to call wondering when they were coming. The lawn also developed red thread. Many large areas of clover and uneven green through out the lawn. We called to stop our service and they never ask why we were unhappy. I even called a second time because we have not recieved our refund check and asked her why they did not wonder about our want to stop service. Her reply was i dont know who took your call? It has been a month and i have been told twice that the refund check was mailed but i still do not have it! I just called and asked for the check number. She replied there is no record of a check being written. I told her to have him cut the check and i would be there in person to pick it up this afternoon. If no check then i will call the BBB.
