Bug Man has been AWESOME taking care of the Carpenter Bees and Bees nests in the siding of my House. I have dealt with the owner and his employees and ALL have been wonderful!!! HIGHLY recommend!!

I've used Bugman every year Since around 2016, they've always been great, however this year I made an appointment to have my house sprayed about a month ago. They never showed up, and when I called the receptionist said they weren't servicing my area anymore. That would be fine had they told me when I made the appointment, or even after, but no call no show. I explained that to her and she hung up on me. I called again and the next lady was very nice, however she said she was going to have the owner give me a call, of course no call. I would have recommended these folks, however this is a poor way to do business. Now my house is unsprayed and I have bees and i'll have to wait for an appointment some where else. If I was you I'd call someone else, no telling if these people will show up, and clearly the owner doesn't care about the company's customer service.

This review is Well Deserved tho overdue! On the morning of Friday September 1st, the start of a Holiday Weekend, We discovered Hundreds of Hornets swarming in our basement 😳! I have severe allergies so called around to Multiple companies to no avail, No one else would come out to help until, at the earliest, Tuesday, 5 Days!!! By late afternoon I was Super Stressed & talking to a friend about it when she said “Call the Bugman!” When I called Not Only did they say they would come 1st thing the Very Next morning on a Saturday, But Their Charge was Much more Affordable (the Other places had added a Ton of Extra charges onto their quote compared to advertised prices, Not Bugman tho!) To Top it off, (tho I was a tad nervous to see such a young guy at the door & Initially worried he wouldn’t have enough experience to be able to find the source in Such a Difficult to locate entrance as They had been going in under my patio door that has a deck surrounding it which is Enclosed so can’t see or get under easily if at all), He however Was AMAZING at the job!!!! He Took Immediate Action & Investigated the area, & Tho they were Not Active Outside that day Nor Yet that early even active inside, He Looked at the hole under the door where I said they were entering, Looked Under the deck to see if he could figure out where they went from there, Then in the basement where there Currently were No signs of activity He Pinpointed almost immediately Where he Thought they would be going by the entrance points, He Then Super Quickly Found the Spot after pealing back just a little bit of the insulation! & Boy those Hornets were Instantly Upset & Made their presence clear! In what I think was prob only a half hour time he did All that Plus SAFELY Removed the HUGE Hive, Stayed down in the basement Until he Killed Every Last hornet he saw (there were hundreds!) - & He went Beyond the Extra Mile! He Discovered in the process that my house Joist under my patio door was Rotting & Took a Video to Show me so I would be able to know exactly where that problem that needed to be addressed was & Explained to me all the indications he saw that the joist was Not Ok…Talk about going Above & Beyond!!! He had Nothing to gain by going the extra mile to help make me aware of the situation Yet he was Kind enough to do so & He Probably Saved me THOUSANDS of Dollars AS I was already looking for someone to replace my damaged patio door as Cheap as I could so I could’ve ended up paying for a patio door replacement from someone that didn’t check into the structure underneath 1st & could’ve ended up having to pay to have it done all over again once the joist Needing repaired became Evident (Which by the time I would’ve realized would’ve probably been only once it caused further damage that became evident due to even much more major structural damage & Thus huge expense!) Thanks to the Bugman I was made Aware & was able to get that Much Needed Structural issue Repaired 1st, Before getting My Patio door replaced Which I FINALLY Had installed yesterday & Finished Today! When I looked at that New door today I was Instantly Reminded of that Exceptional, Professional “Bugman” That Went Above & Beyond to help a customer! Thus What made me think about Leaving This Review Today! Thanks Again Bugman Pest Elimination! In Addition I want to give a Shout-out to the Office Staff as well! After Exhausting Myself calling around All Day (Any spare moment I had while at my own Receptionist job) & Dealing with Other pest elimination companies that were Not so Friendly Nor Very Helpful, I Had Nearly lost Hope by the time I Dialed your #, However was Pleasantly Surprised at the Difference it was when your office answered! She was Immediately Helpful, Kind, Answered All of my questions Quickly & Efficiently, Seemed Sincerely Concerned & Caring & Went out of her way to Accommodate my situation to get someone scheduled to come out ASAP! Bugman Pest Elimination, My Friend Was Right ~ You guys are really The Best!!!

Customer service from this company is beyond bad. Over the phone and in person. Tech did not spray or treat my home even as a paid service, and gave a terrible reason. After ten years with this company. To walk in the office and see two random women playing UNO doesn’t look like they where interested in helping me any longer. so after she had a shouting match service was canceled. Beware of small time companies not doing their best job! And I like small companies and support them. However this one is no good.

Ernest Anderson is an exceptional representative of Bug Man. He treated one of my properties for carpenter ants today. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was very informative about ants in general. A pleasure to workk with!

So nice to see Ernest again, been a # of yrs since we had continuity of same tech. We were surprised he remembered the special attention needed in the pool area due to constant struggle with ants getting into the pool from the pool coping. Another year, another great job by Ernest.

We called for a wasp nest forming behind the siding on our house. The area was treated, but it caused them to not have an escape, forcing the wasps into our house. We called again and Steve came out multiple times to treat and solve the problem at no extra cost. We are very happy with the attention to the problem and the repeated visits until we were wasp free!

I can't say enough GREAT THINGS about Steve the Owner and Rich. They are wonderful communicators, listened to my concerns, always accommodating and Rich GOT THE JOB DONE.
I had a mouse problem and an outside, small rat situation under my shed.
Rich came out and diagnosed the problem areas and got the job done quickly.
THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE PRICED.
I won't use any other service.
CALL THEM! THEY ARE THE BEST!

Ernest was very professional and efficient. He introduced himself and proceeded to rectify our ground bee problem. Then he explained to me how we got such a large hole and what he had done. Very happy with Ernest and the way he conducted himself. Also, the company backs it's service with a guarantee till December.

I have to say it again. They are the best. We called this morning with an horrible indoor bee problem and by noon Ernest, who was incredibly knowledgeable, was here. Traced down the source in the indoor hive of yellow jackets and resolved the problem. The best. Clearly the best.

Had my whole house sprayed for bees in May. I recently discovered yellow jackets in 2 areas. Called Bugman since the work is warranted thru year end. Steve came out and treated these areas and he thinks he has got them all. He is very personable and responsive. I have used them several years and m very pleased with the company. Highly recommend.

Brandon and Anthony as a team are the best. I’ve been using bugman for close to 20 yrs for Bees. These two gentleman went above and beyond in their job. You can tell they are hard working and care about the customer. I can’t say enough good things about them

I have used Bug Man for over 10 years. They are friendly, courteous and reliable. Their work is guaranteed. We had the yard sprayed in the spring for bees and small insects. I recently saw some bees hovering over one of my windows. I called and Steve came within hours of my call to access the situation. He was very thorough and found that the bees were trying to form a nest. He treated the area and averted what could have caused major problems in my walls. Thank you Bug Man for your great service

PJ was incredibly helpful in identifying a unique type of bug and provided professional strategies for their eradication. Super timely....hopefully won't need them again, but if another bug appears I'm calling him!

Staff welcomed us to the store. Smiling staff and excellent service at checkout. Truly enjoyed our shopping experience.

I have been shopping at GF for several years at least 4 times a year.
Today I went there for a variety of things. I was surprised at the lack of fall flowers. There has always been many more varieties inside.
But the thing that made me a bit frustrated was the young man that rang up my purchases.
There were a couple things that did not have price tags anywhere on them and I did not see any prices on the shelf or anywhere else for them.
When I asked if he could check the price before I purchased them because of the above reason he quickly stated in a demeaning manor that the prices of items were on the shelves. I told him that I didn't see them and I had spent some time looking for them.
He then said again the prices where there and they must have been hanging above the item.
I decided not to engage in further conversation about it but there were no prices above, below, on either side or on the items.
Customer service should be better than that!

Always a fun time wandering around Garden Factory to look at the huge selection of plants, flowers, etc. Especially this early in spring... it gets the gardening juices flowing.

Update 5/6/25: Picked up our Scott's lawn fertilizer treatment bags for the coming growing season. Best price around, and cheaper than a lawn service.

They are good. Beautiful flowers, good price and wonderful service.
Yesterday we bought 8 Iceland popies but we found they are all droopy this morning. This afternoon I went to the service counter where the guy told me that last night the temperature was under 25 and that's why. He said they can take it back and they did, knowing we had the responsibility for putting the flowers outside and still they took the loss.

Love Garden Factory. So easy to get bulk compost, topsoil, etc. I only wish they had a section that was labeled for peat-free compost and other materials. Most of what they sell has peat in it which is environmentally destructive. Having a sign for the peat-free materials would be a real time saver — and conscientious move. The selection of plants and other garden goods is exceptional. You can typically always find what you need here. The staff is warm and helpful.

Very helpful staff. We are re-doing our landscaping, and I took notes from the staff's advice. Very specific advice, too. We were asked three times if we needed help. You can not find that at Lowes! Such an abundance of plants, trees, and garden decor to pick from....fabulous.
One of the trees we purchased was a vanilla/strawberry decorative hydrangea tree, which was 200 bucks online at another dealer but was on sale for $79! Good prices.
