Came to my cousin's house for problem with bees. Bradley was very professional, answered all my questions and concerns and even told and showed me information I didn't know. Highly recommend them to everyone

Didn't hold to their own contract. Scheduling was not accommodating for customer convenience. Carpenter ants NOT killed. Paid for nothing. Don't let this older couple owners fool you too!

Treated one spot where bee's were clearly visible. Told them I had bee's in our garage, but they didn't find a spot - one week later I found the spot in the garage where they were going in and out and they want to charge me another $175 to come back out. Ridiculous.

Bug Man, please stop calling "Wasps" bees. I raise honey bees and they are NOT invasive insects like Wasps, Paper Wasps, or Yellow Jackets. We need to do more to protect bees and not target these insects the provide our foods through pollination. Thanks

I have used Bug Man for several years to treat problems with yellowjacket wasps, hornets, and carpenter bees. The spring treatment usually works, but they do guarantee their work and they have come back for free later in the summer for follow on treatments when necessary.

Anthony came to our house to solve an ongoing bee situation that was difficult to find the origin. He went into our attic and found hives that were very hard to get to. He was very diligent, caring and informative about what had caused the issue. The face he tried different ways to find the problem and “went the extra mile” to solve the problem is greatly appreciated.

If you’re looking for a different kind of Christmas gift, call bug man! Steve the general manager and his staff do a wonderful job spraying the whole house on the outside, and does a very professional job. They controlled the bee population in my yard immediately. If you do have a problem with bee’s they will solve your issue! If you have any issues CALL BUG MAN!

The Bugman Service was on time, in fact early, and Darryl assessed my yellowjacket problem then informed me about how the insecticide treatment would take 7-10 days to fully work and then he sprayed the nest from two angles and he was polite and thorough.

The technician (Mark) was very professional and customer oriented. He did a great job getting under my pool deck and removed a large ground bees nest. This is why I continue to be a Bugman customer.

Went into office to ask about products. A very nice girl was trying to help me. Another girl intervened and kept interrupting this girl. Like 6 times. I asked Her to stop interrupting. She got very nasty. Stood up and said get out. I’m the manager. She didn’t like me asking the girl I was talking to questions. Swore at me and told me to get out. Got in my face. I’ve never seen a place of business like this. Refused to give me the name of the owner. The owner should take action with her immediately. The girl I was talking to was a sweetheart. Sad. I would recommend going elsewhere for your needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Bugman has sprayed our house for bees for many years. They are always efficient, professional and easy to work with.

Not what you pay for as of late. Hired in previous years to spray for bees at beginning of season and they would return if needed. Generally no issues. The last two years, seems their spraying has been ineffective. When contacting office to have them come back out, scheduling staff has a bad attitude as if you are bothering them with your business. Also, they require you to be home when they come to treat even if issue is outside the home. It's 2019, I can send you a picture of were the problem is and you can come take care of the problem. Will not be using in future and would not recommend to family, friends, or neighbors

Ernest was very professional and explained to me what he was going to do. He removed the bee nest and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the service

We have been customers for many, many years and this is a top notch company. Everyone is always so pleasant and they respond very quickly to any bee problem we have had. I can't tell you what a difference it makes in the summer between the bees and spider control in our landscaping - it helps with that too. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I have used Bugman since I bought my home in 2014. I have never had an issue until this year. I called to schedule my service about a month before like I always have. There was no issue getting the weekend I requested, however a week before my service my card was charged and I was billed under a different name. I called and was told I would still have my service as requested it was a billing error. I thought nothing of it, until I was sent another email stating my service had been completed but it was not my home and 2 weeks after my service was supposed to have been. I called again only to find out that my service had never been completed even though I paid. I have spent more time trying to correct this over the past few days and it still is not correct. My parents got a call today for non payment of my account even though I paid. This has been a complete mess this year and no one seems to care that it has happened. No one apologized for the confusion or payment issues. I used to recommend Bugman to everyone I knew and that will no longer be the case after this years mess.

Signed a contract to have our house sprayed. Gave me a very long list of what they will cover, ants and spiders are on the list for sure. They came once and it helped a little but we continue to have spiders and ants. Called to have our house resprayed and I was told by the gentlemen that I needed to call the office because what I wanted was not covered. When I called office staff is rude and said I would have to pay more to have stinkbugs sprayed for. Well I will not pay for anymore. They told their employee to leave and not fulfill their contract. So I still have spiders and ants and stink bugs and no service. Oh and they were almost three hours late.

Ernest has serviced my home in the past and is always Friendly, very Professional and knowledgeable!! He listens to the customer, re-assures and makes sure he covers all areas! Great Service Technician!!

This is the second time we have used Bugman Pest Control in the past two years for yellow jackets. Both technicians we saw were wonderful, friendly and professional. The problem was taken care of quickly and easily. Their pricing is competitive with other pest services, even a little less. I recommend this company.

I needed a bee hive removed and my house sprayed for bees. I called for an appointment and they came the same day and an hour earlier than expected. The tech walked me through everything he was going to do and answered all my questions.

I had to call them back twice for warranty work and they were great. I tried to get rid of some ground bees with a powder which did not work. I called them and they took care of the problem. The tech said not to try to do it myself. I have a warranty and to use it, because it is much safer. The Bug Man was recommended by a member of the family and I would recommend them to both family and friends.
