Wow service is terrible in over their heads with contracts first snowfall wanted to come to my house after 1 pm had to miss work hired them for fall clean up after 1 hour claims lawnmower broke never heard from tem again.MONEY HUNGRY!!!!

I contracted with Hunter Genrich to plow my driveway. Never staked the driveway, never showed up, never returned my money, despite promises to do so. You've been warned.

To the white Ford f250 Friday 4x4 with company insignia - please respect traffic laws and other motorists as your 215pm on 12.29 reckless driving is not appreciated and reflects poorly on your institution. Had to post to the correct entity hence the day delay.

BEWARE!!! We contracted with Hunter Genrich to plow our driveway. We subsequently found he lied about getting our information for plowing; he stole part of another person's business. He cashed our paid-in-full check immediately (by signing it over to someone else). He answered my first call then dumped the cell #. Never showed up, never returned our money (after multiple certified letters sent to his various addresses and past employers),. Took him to Small Claims which we 'won' because he was too cowardly to appear. Of course, no payment after that either. If I could give less than one star, I would.

If I was able NOT to give a star, I would of! Signed a contract for snow plowing and ended up shoveling our driveway all season. Hunter made numerous excuses of why he couldn't come. Basically took our money and ran. I will make it known to neighbors around the town, do NOT seek services from this company.

Was supposed to come and do fall clean up with negotiated price with a crew and a pro leaf vac. At 2pm 3 people in a car show up with 2 backpack blowers, a rake and a tarp. Mind you the owner had come by 2 weeks previous and walked my yard. They blew leaves in front into 5 piles, left a pile on the tarp in my driveway, blew some of the leaves in the backyard into one kind of pile and stood around smoking a lot. It was obvious they didn't know what they were doing. By that time it's 5pm and starting to get dark, owner has still not shown up with leaf vac. My wife asks them to take tarp pile down to road so town can pick up and still nothing from owner, even though his employees have been calling him. He finally speaks to his employee and tries to now get us to pay hourly, directly to his 3 employees. "No...I don't pay your employees, YOU do. And you didn't even get a 3rd of the work done." Spoke to Hunter the owner the next day and he again tried to get me to pay him. I told him if he came back and finished the job, he'd get paid. That last call was 3 days ago. I'm pretty sure I won't hear back. We got it cleaned up with help from our neighbors. The pics are what he wanted me to pay for and this was 3 hours with "professionals"I also have 3 witnesses of everything. Beware of this scammer.

I have shopped at the Penfield store for 15 years, and have always found them to have excellent service. They actually employ a couple of real plumbers and an electrician, and they've been very helpful over the years with my remodeling projects. I recently bought another gas grill from them, ended up it was a POS and Yotneil in garden stepped up and took care of it, even though it was not their problem, it was the manufacturers. Fantastic culture of service at this store, which is a result of good store management. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful service!!! Branden has always been capable, reliable and thoroughly a joy to work with. I have utilized his services for at least 4 years now and he always delivers results. He is definitely my guy to take care of my lawn as well as snow plowing in the winter. I highly recommend him! In addition, Alicin has been a joy and so easy to work with!

We’ve been using Ada’s for a few years for our weekly mowing and fall leaf cleanup, they are great! If you’re looking for a lawn service you can trust that’s friendly and reliable they’re it! Alicin is always easy to contact and quick to reply to messages and Branden always does a great job!

We have a very large lawn and Brandon mowed and edged it last spring, winter and fall. He did an excellent job with both the mowing and the edging. I am kind of fussy with the edging and I was pleased with his work.
We also had him do a project for us in the yard and he came with help, all the proper tools and did a great job!
He is an extremely hard worker, pays attention to detail and is always punctual.
We are so happy he was recommended to us and we will continue to have him .

We only intended to have our lawn done a few times when our mower broke, but Branden did such a great job that we permanently kept the service. He maintains his schedule, cleans up well after mowing/weed whacking, and the lawn always looks amazing. Alicin is wonderful about getting back to us promptly if we reach out and always keeps us updated with any weather related schedule changes. We even had our garden redone with Ada because we were so happy with their lawn care and they did a great job with that too.

I have been using Ada Lawncare for a few
years now. They are always consistent, show up when scheduled and if weather is uncooperative I always receive a message with a rescheduled time. They do an amazing job especially working around playground equipment in my backyard. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Lawncare service.

Just moved to Rochester..never had our own lawn before...needed help with it and some clean up. Called a lot of people.. some were quite expensive.. some were just too sketchy or flaky.. then we found Ada's Lawncare. Spoke with Alicen and she sent Branden out for an estimate.. It was more than fair... He took the time to find out what our needs/ideas were and we had our first mow today. We could not be happier. 10 stars out of 5. He gets the job done quickly but he's doesn't skimp on service. He just knows what he is doing. Truly a professional with integrity. So so grateful to have found this company. It's just a lawn and plants and leaves.. but this has made us so happy. Do not hesitate ..he will make you happy too!!
