I found LawnStarter on line to mow a relatives house that is for sale 350 miles from me and have been very happy with the service they have provided. They keep me up to date when they mow and when they are done. They are very professional.

Great service. The first person assigned to mow my lawn couldn't show and an appropriate replacement person named Michelle and got the job done fantastically. I hope Michelle stays and can do my lawn the rest of the summer.

These guys are fantastic, at 1st I thought they wasn't going to make it to my house because it was late in the evening, but like the cavalry they were there in a nick of time, now that's service, trust me, if you want to get your lawn cut & done,most definitely call them, you can't go wrong! A pro has failed to cut the back yard of one of my properties dating back to June. I have since received over $1000 in fines.

Lawn starter is refusing to reimburse any of the previous services that were completed. They will be hearing from legal council due to breach of contract.

LawnStarter Lawn care Service Pros are the best in getting your lawn care needs met. They’re very efficient. This is my first year with the service and I wish I would have started with them many years ago. My yard looks great!!!

Absolutely do not use this service. First "pro" showed up in a U-Haul pickup truck. rental with a mower sticking out of the back. His mower broke down, so he left and did not complete the job. Also left his gas can on my back patio. I requested a new "pro" and they sent out another person who proceeded to "mow" my lawn, leaving massive clumps everywhere and missing nearly 2-3" of grass with each pass (hardly professional). Looked absolutely abhorrent and embarrassing. I had to go over my entire lawn with a bagger and the blades lifted to make it not look like a construction site.

The second pro cut my grass so short I now have multiple massive patches of dead grass that will require new sod or reseeding from start. What was originally a nice green, treated lawn has been totally ruined using this service.

Chad has consistently provided stellar lawn service for me and my family. He shows care in his work and we receive compliments on the appearance of our property. He is reliable and very professional. I enthusiastically recommend Chad's service to all who need high quality lawn service!

The only reason for the 2 stars is because of the quick customer service response to "fix" the issue. Lawnstarter is a broker. They have third party lawn care companies to complete services. Quality control is low because if there is an issue lawnstarter sends a different company to be your "lawn pro". I had 5 different pros and 2 were rude. I wasn't happy with the result of my service. I paid $60 for mowing and edging. The edging was barely touched. Then I was told by the lawn pros and customers service that it's an extra charge to do something that is included. I do not recommend lawnstarter especially if you are looking for your lawn to look a certain way.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after this experience, I feel obligated to share what happened.

We scheduled our first lawn service for May 2, and no one showed up. After multiple cancellations and reschedules by the company, our lawn went nearly three weeks without service. Because of their delays, the grass grew 1–2 feet high. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to charge us $400–$500 for one cut, without even including cleanup.

When someone finally mowed the lawn, all the cut grass was left covering the yard. We were then quoted $694 just to clean it up. In the end, I had to pay out of pocket to hire someone else to remove the grass and also spend additional money on products to restore the yard because it was left damaged.

The worst part is that the excessive grass growth was caused by their repeated cancellations, yet they tried to charge us for it. Now they are asking us to remove our review in exchange for a “resolution,” but when we truly needed help, no one provided a professional solution.

If you are considering hiring this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Choose a company that is responsible, professional, and committed to quality service. Otherwise, you may end up dealing with the same frustration and additional expenses that we experienced.

Chris and his crew have an excellent service.He came and removed some trees for me. They took great care to prevent any damage to my lawn and the neighbors lawn. I have no complaints and would call him again & recommend him.

Chris and his crew are extremely professional and a delight to work with. We had him revamp our landscaping in the fall and now have him for snowplowing. He is prompt and efficient.

Chris came out in a timely manner to give us an estimate. We were scheduled for the landscaping to be trimmed and he came as scheduled. At the last minute we decided to replace a bush. He was very accommodating and pulled the old one out and replace it .We would recommend him to others and plan on using his services again this year.

Chris and his crew were referred to me by a good friend for tree work. When i called him he was very promt in getting to my estimate and gave me a very fair price to take down two 70 foot dead ash trees. Him and his crew showed up exactly when they said to do the job. I have been in the landcare business for many years and trust me these guys are good. Our property was spotless when they left! Chris is my new go to for any tree work.

I found this agency through Home Advisor. Chris was insistent on meeting me in person to give the quote vs just coming through and leaving it. I must say that was a great first impression as face to face contact isn't made a lot any more. Chris and his crew came and took out 2 large trees in quick fashion and completely cleaned up the debris. While the work was being done, Chris made sure to keep me and my family up to date with what was happening to ensure we didn't let our kids out or the dog out. I would highly recommend Tree and Yard Renovations for any work and have already planned for more work to be done in the near future!

I was using Yard Renovations for yard work and snow removal when our neighborhood was hit with a crisis. Several homes had ice problems. Chris jumped into action, sending over crews for the next four days, working from house to house. It was wonderful to see such a responsible and reliable vendor. I would recommend Yard Renovations be the first call for all of your outdoor needs. There seems to be nothing they can't do, and they do it when they say they will.

Chris and his team have been amazing since I bought my hours in 2020. Mostly for reseeding dead areas of the lawn, and most recently an emergency snow plow of my driveway.

Quick responses to my calls and emails, as well as doing a great job means I'll continue to call Chris for lawn / snow issues.

Tree and Yard did a fantastic job after having tree stumps removed. They had to level 2 areas, top soil , seed and add straw. Job perfect; staff friendly, fair price. Totally recommend. Quick estimate. Will hire again.

I can’t say enough about Chris and his crew. He gave me a great quote but I ended up giving him more than the quote because of the great experience. We had some plants we didn’t want damaged when the tree came down so the crew dug them up and replanted them when they were done. Yes....they replanted them! The clean up was incredible. You can’t tell a giant tree was cut down. They even put on a nice show for my kids, who were staring out the window watching! You guys are great! Thanks for your hard work
