I’ve been using Sparkling Diamond Cleaning Services for over three years, and they have been absolutely outstanding from day one. Every time they finish, my house looks spotless and smells so clean and fresh — it’s the best feeling to come home to! I had YMS clean every nook and cranny in my partially finished basement and laundry room. They used equipment with hepa filters to make sure that all of the dust, cobwebs, and debris between the rafters, ductwork, wires, and plumbing, was removed. They were happy to accommodate my request to use my preferred cleaning supplies to make sure that nobody in my home had an allergic reaction to new chemicals.

My basement has many items present. They carefully moved everything to one side, did the deep cleaning, then moved everything back. Such a thorough job!

I can't believe what a difference this deep cleaning of the ceilings, walls, and recessed spaces makes! The air feels cleaner and it is so much nicer to do laundry and spend time downstairs now! If you haven't had your basement professionally cleaned, treat yourself to a deep cleaning by YMS.

As an owner of a commercial cleaning company were I often work long days and longer weeks; I am not looking forward to cleaning my own home. I was introduced to Michael the owner through a mutual acquaintance, I was told Michael was full of integrity, honesty, excellent work ethic, in addition to being a trusting individual. Michael and his additional support staff that I have met in Elizabeth and Michelle have far exceeded anything I could have hoped for with YMS Rochester, Inc.

They were able to work with me on a cleaning schedule that works for me an my busy schedule, plus the level of detail in my home was critical to me. The transfer of trust has allowed me to feel comfortable to refer them to other family and friends that has also gotten back to me about the high level of service and follow up they do.

Coming home is a joy now as I do not have to worry about getting the house cleaned and can concentrate on other task that I have to do each day.

I was very pleased to use the cleaning services provided by Mr. Michael Shim and his staff. It was a pleasure to meet him with his warm smile. During the initial visit I told him the cleaning work that needed to be done and he gave me a quote. The cleaning crew were polite and friendly. They came on time and performed the cleaning tasks that we discussed. His staff did a good job and I will utilize their services again.

I needed help with cleaning my home and reached out to 3 companies. Out of the 3 companies, Michael from YMS was the 1st and ONLY company to reach back out to me. He was able to set up an appointment for an estimate immediately and completed a walk through and provided me with a quote that I was totally satisfied with.

I scheduled for a 4 hour deep clean/sanitize visit to help get me back on track with my housekeeping and bring the JOY back into my home! When the cleaning professionals arrived, we again did a quick walk through and the cleaning process started. Elizabeth and her team did a MARVELOUS job and completed all work in a timely manner without disrupting our regular routines ( I work from home).

I am now set up with once a month cleaning and will continue to enjoy the services of Michael and his AWESOME team!

YMS Cleaning - Highly Recommended!!
I worked with Elizabeth and Michael, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They respond to your inquiries and subsequent communications immediately. They are professional, polite, conscientious, trustworthy, and very meticulous and thorough in their work. They give an initial estimate and their quotes/prices are very fair.
I scheduled/received an in-depth "deep clean" initially, but now will move on to regular scheduled cleanings to maintain.
My woodwork, floors, surfaces, furniture, carpeting, appliances, kitchen, and bathroom have never looked this good. Everything is gleaming and looks fresh and new. Even the screen porch. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are the absolute best, and so easy to work with. You tell them your needs and they will figure out how to work it in.
