They completely missed our windows when doing our condo complex. Not sure when they are coming back. How they could miss a row of windows and not know it, is beyond comprehension.

Chuck Mancuso, the owner, has been in business for 40+ years, and it sure does show! He has incredible customer service skills and is always doing his best to make the customer as happy as possible. Very detailed and responsive. I had a unique situation at my home in Irondequoit and I know it was not the easiest job . However , the owner was generous and patient along with the staff. I will definitely use them in the future. My windows look wonderful.

They were very fast and responsive. Everyone there is nice and easy to work with. When we had a VERY tight deadline they put a team together to fit us in within days. They did a great job and Windows looked awesome.
