Pinnacle Eco Clean just finished cleaning my living room, dining room, stairs, and hall. Nora and Jeremy provided excellent service and were a delight to work with. They were able to remove stains from our puppy and a spilled cup of coffee. I am extremely satisfied.

Once a year I do my entire house. They clean the grout lines in high traffic areas and it looks as good as the day it was done. The carpets are perfect and smell fantastic! I also get my sectional done and it looks like new.

My wife had purchased a very special rug for our nursery from another country. Unfortunately it ended up with some pet stains, and after attempting to clean it ourselves, ended up with quite a bit of ink stamping, leaving the rug unsightly and borderline ruined. I cannot possibly say enough to express our gratitude and awe for how dedicated Kyle was when it came to repairing it. After months of research, collaboration, and trial and error it was retuned to us nearly in original condition, which was absolutely best case scenario. He didn't just see "the rug." He saw the bigger picture of what it meant to us as a family to have it fixed. Despite other highly experienced individuals in the business that advised him to give up, he persisted. He communicated with us through the entire process, which also made us feel like valued customers. I highly doubt you will ever find someone else in Rochester that can compare to the quality of work and dedication we received from Kyle. Pinnacle provides excellent in-home carpet cleaning services, and they don't use harsh toxic chemicals. Dan and Jay were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful and managed to get out some really tough stains. The carpets look brand new!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. From the moment we called to schedule to the final product, it truly was red carpet service. They were extremely knowledgeable, genuinely cared about us having a great experience, and left everything looking brand new. With two dogs and an active household, things quickly seem to get tired and worn, but walking in when they were done you could truly feel the clean. Both technicians were very polite and respectful of my property. They demonstrated a vast knowledge and of the technology they were using. They answered all of my questions and put me at ease immediately. I even left the house while they worked and came back when they had gone. They did not standing job of cleaning my carpets. I would highly recommend this company for any carpet cleaning. They work together very well.

These guys are amazing…..professional, kind and most importantly they do an amazing job. They professionally cleaned my rugs in the past removing all stains and more recently they cleaned the upholstery of my 6 kitchen chairs that were covered with stains from my kiddos over the years ….making them literally looking like new!
