Jeremy and Jay were friendly, respectful and explained the answer to my questions. They were very efficient with the carpet cleaning, it was our whole upstairs! They exceeded our expectations for the amount of time it took to complete the job, well done!

They did a house call to clean our couch after our son had some fun with a sharpie. Now the marker is essentially gone! No idea how they work their magic, but we are so grateful for them!

Excellent job of cleaning my Persian carpets. After they take care of my first two carpets I took all the rest of my Persian carpets to them to be cleaned and again they did a fantastic job and very happy with what they did. I bought the mats to go under the carpets and was very glad I did. The price I mentioned in this message is for something like five or six carpets plus some repair plus mats so don't be discouraged by the price I've quoted.

I’ve hired pinnacle to clean my carpets and furniture several times. I’ve met several of their professionals and they are always courteous and professional and easy to work with. They leave the carpets clean and smelling fresh, including removing very persistent pet stains and odors.

I had such a great experience with Pinnacle Eco Clean. I had exterior paint spill on my brand new custom area rug. I called Pinnacle in a panic and they came out within 45 minutes, grabbed my area rug, took it back to their shop and cleaned it all within 6 hours. I can't thank them enough for being so understanding and caring during my panic filled phone call. Their service is amazing!

Very professional business from start to finish. The carpet looks and smells great, very thorough explanation of the process and helpful. Will be my go-to cleaner from this point on. Other carpet cleaners give you a quote and have a million reasons to charge you more once they get to your house. That did not happen, I could not be happier with this service. Jeremy and Dan were very friendly, professional and patient as we added additional areas for them to clean. Our grout and carpeting looks like new and they took great care to respect our furniture, pictures and many Knick knacks. This is a great company and I will continue to use them in the future! Last month Kyle and Jeremy cleaned tile floors in 2 of our bathrooms. We were extremely satisfied by the results. The grout especially looks better than I expected. Call Pinnacle if you want on time, meticulous and courteous service.

Always so impressed with Pinacle. As an interior designer, they are my go to for all of my clients. Recently restored my sofa to looking new after my son got ahold of a Sharpie Marker & did some serious damage and a rug that had a large coffee stain on it!

This is our 2nd time using Pinnacle Eco Clean to wash and clean our carpets. We used this company again because they did a great job last time. Dan and Jay were friendly, punctual, and pleasant to work with. They did 5 rooms. Showed them some areas that needed more attention like worn doorway entries that get a lot of traffic and they did a very nice job. It smelled fresh, and the carpets look fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone. After checking out the website, I realized they clean a lot of different things like upholstery, deck furniture cushions, and grout, etc. Will keep that in mind for next time. Thank you!

We had a phenomenal experience with Dan and Andrew from Pinnacle Eco clean! We had 4 rooms plus stairs and a hallway wall to wall carpets cleaned. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done. The process took about 2 1/2 hours. Dan and Andrew were professional, personable, friendly and timely. They provided pertinent information and answered all of our questions. They were efficient, thorough and took pride in their work! I will definitely call them for our future carpet cleaning needs.

I have had my rugs cleaned here for years now. I had brought in rugs that have experienced old dogs, new dogs (a whole litter of puppies), and me (a person who trips holding things like coffee). Everytime they went above and beyond to remove stains, and help me learn how to correctly spot clean from home when possible. I did not know you could be a rug nerd. But it’s kind of amazing to see people appreciate the art of both design and craftsmanship of oriental rugs. I have brought carpet remnants, an ikea rug and a real oriental rug and they treated them all with the same care and attention. If you have never had rugs cleaned on the professional level the price may surprise you however it is very reasonable for the services they offer and it has always been worth every penny. (P.S. if you are a pet person, trust them, get the protector)

Every step of the process while working with Pinnacle Eco Clean was absolutely wonderful! This was our first time using Pinnacle, we chose them from all the positive reviews on Google and we are so glad we did! We called last minute as a need to get our furniture cleaned for the upcoming holidays and they were so accommodating in getting us on the schedule. Jeremy and Dan were the two gentlemen who came to our home to clean our living room furniture and they were so professional and very nice! They paid close attention to specific areas that we thought would never get clean, lo and behold they got every single spot out and made our furniture look brand new!!! We’ve already called to get a quote on having our carpets done once the holidays are over cause we will definitely be using Pinnacle again!

I have used Pinnacle on several occasions: at the house to shampoo wall-to-wall carpeting on teo levels & to clean upholstered furniture. I also bring in to Pinnacle upholstered chairs for cleaning as my two Westies find those chairs so comfy. Pinnacle does excellent work. Plus their employees are terrific...whether they're working in my home or dealing with me in the shop face-to-face or on the phone...very professional & knowledgeable while being friendly. Work they have completed for me shows excellent results & pricing is always appropriate. I don't use any other company & I recommend Pinnacle often.

Regional manager is very rude and disrespectful. Barely have the proper supplies to do the job.
