Certain maids will eat the food from your refridgerator and drink your milk right out of the carton, others will steal your change or anything else they can get away with. No thanks, I'd rather clean my own house!

I’ve had the maids before. They are my go to for cleaning. They are very professional, friendly and courteous. They do an amazing job. I would highly recommend them.

I told them i needed a move in cleaning. They sent a group of kids to my house. 4 maids for 3 hours. I started checking their work. There was hair in the kitchen drawers, food particles in the fridge, food in the drawers, i wiped dust from closets, bathroom, and countertops. I pointed it out to them, they took a dry rag to wipe up the things i pointed out. They sent a different crew out the next day to reclean. They did a better job in the kitchen, but didnt make it to my bathrooms. I decided to reclean them myself. I wiped up old toothpaste and hair from the cabinets. I would never call them for routine cleanings and i will never refer them. Every time i think about how much i paid them, i get pissed all over again.

It took them over a week to get me a quote. During that week I received an endless amount of calls and emails of different people "following up". After I got the quote, which was too high compared to other services, I still received dozens of emails and phone calls. Some of them were guilt trips (i.e. "don't you care about your family"), some of them were self depreciating, all were just annoying. Every time I get a call, it is someone else just following up. I inform them in going with a different service and to please stop calling an emailing me. They apologize, say they'll put a note in my file, then I get another call from someone else later. I'm not some old person who doesn't understand technology. I block the emails and phone calls but they just come from other sources. I tried calling their customer care line, ironically they don't care and no one gets back to me from there. The maids of Rochester could have the best cleaning employees in the world, but I will never use them because of their endless harassment. If I'm having this much trouble as someone just trying to get a quote, imagine how bad it will be for you if you try and use their services. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I was told I would be getting a detailed cleaned which would include baseboards carpet cleaning and vacuumed the works. That is not what I received. The dishes weren't washed trash was bagged and left on my countertop. No baseboards were cleaned. Overall it just wasn't what I excepted for over $200. Called the company twice and no one has returned either call. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.
Edit to address your response I will try calling one last time and if I do not get a response it is what it is. As for not finding a record of my complaint if no is return my calls how would there be a record? Finally this review is definitely for this company I don't have time to write false reviews.

We used The Maids for a tenant turnover cleaning at a small house we own. At first glance, it appeared and smelled clean. As the tenant was moving in, she found the floors were filthy to the touch. These are hardwood floors and we were assured by The Maids that they would be mopped with a mild detergent. Not the case. From the grimy swiffer pads, it appears the floors were only vacuumed. There was also a "goop-like" substance on the back of one of the bedroom doors. Unfortunately our tenant is having to clean the house herself prior to moving in. Pictures will be added once received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
