What got this to a 2 was just that the staff was friendly. I was quoted for a job that was suppose to take 45mins to an hour. Ended up taking 2. No big deal... Other than the fact that the main thing I wanted cleaned was not cleaned at all. They left the shower disgusting. They cleaned the shower floor and left the walls filthy and the shower head full of soap grime. The shower has built-in shelves, they werent touched. If I paid to have my bathroom cleaned id expect better then this. The kitchen was fine but they avoided certain areas completely. A huge disappointment for the price. Id look elsewhere

We’ve used the Maids many times and recommended them to others. They do a fantastic job, very thorough in all they do. Very courteous and respectful. Always ask if there are certain locations or areas that they need to or would we like them to concentrate more on.
I will always use them for my cleaning needs.
Costs are also quite reasonable for the amount of work they perform.

Great experience! The Maids were on time, friendly, and professional. I was leaving as they came in and when I got home, my apartment looked fantastic. They even went above and beyond with some of the little things. It's hard to explain but it didn't feel like they were just doing a job. It felt like they genuinely cared about making everything just right.

Maids cleaned my moms house. 4 ladies came for 1 hour. Problem is they never stopped talking, one lady dusted extremely lightly around baseboards and light fixture. (Swiped one side of light). Then stopped working and talked to other lady. Wall in kitchen was never cleaned. I asked to have outer cabinets and knobs to be cleaned well. When they left mom had to scrub corner cabinet, There was crumbs on a chair, and mopping of floor was a joke. Bathroom, stove and refrigerator was cleaned well. When I mentioned to customer service about problems, he brushed it off. Watch them if you choose them to clean your house. It’s very expensive and you should get what you’re paying for! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have since moved and plan on using them on a weekly/ bi weekly basis

I am delighted to have the maids in my home. They all do the cleaning needed in good time and are very careful and professional in their approach. I appreciate Michelle as bth a worker and a leader. Her work is outstanding and she has.a companionship with her team a long them to get the wok done without pressure on herself or others. When she needs help she asks for it. I trust these women with my things as they’re careful and always trustworthy. I enjoy having these women in my home.

Didn’t make the bed and then insulted me by saying they didn’t do it because my freshly washed sheets smelled of “feces.” 🤯🤯 showed up late so that I wasn’t here when they came and had to put my golden retriever out of there way in the entryway/laundry room area. They then used that as the excuse for not washing the floors. They also skipped the floor in the office and the master closet. When I spoke to the owner I was given $20 off..no thanks. Stay away. As a business owner myself you need to make things right and this was not done. They were behind from their day and cut corners. Own it next time.

We have had a few services and none compare with the thoroughness and professionalism as Team #One. And they’re great with our pets too!

The team is great! Recently we had company coming and they went above and beyond with an extra cleaning to help get the house ready. Always on time and efficient. We are thankful for their help!

Several different Teams do cleaning, sanitizing twice monthly, my request. Reliable. Prompt. Thoughtful. Bring own equipment and products. Good work ethics. Manager organizes the schedule and notifies me in advance. Most helpful. Have utilized their services for about 5 years now.

We had a wonderful experience—the house looked and smelled incredibly clean, and it exceeded our expectations. We’ve worked with a good cleaner in the past, but this was noticeably better. As a business owner with a lot on my plate, it’s a huge relief to hand this responsibility off to someone I can trust. I’m truly grateful for the quality and care put into the service.

Now if only my kids would keep it in this pristine condition!!

DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME. We relocated to Rochester and moved into a house rental that was supposed to have been professionally cleaned by The Maids. Our move-in day was pushed out due to it needing to be cleaned. It was not. The floors were filthy, with hair along the crevices of the molding throughout the house. The oven had dirt/food build up from years of use. All the cupboards had dust and dirt/food build up. The basement humidifier hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. The washer and dryer were filthy, with linens from the previous tenant behind them. There was a pair of old nail clippers covered with dirt in the corner of the bathroom next to the vanity. We were appalled by the conditions the rental house was left in. We moved 90 miles away from our home and before we could unpack our belongings, we had to clean the house ourselves.

The Maids did an amazing job cleaning my apartment. It is sparkling and the three women who came to do the job were actually really fun to have here. And for the work they did I thought the cost was totally worth it. When I use you in about a month, I will ask for them to come

The team was fabulous and quick. I loved how efficient and professional they were. I didn't have to worry about products or equipment, my rugs were so clean they looked new! Thank you so much.

The crew that comes to my house every two weeks are just great! They get to work immediately with their assigned areas and are professional paying attention to the little things. I like getting a call from Tim giving me a time frame that they will arrive..then 30 mins before they are arriving I get a call to say they are on their way!

They have been cleaning my house for over 20 years! They are dependable, thorough, and trustworthy and are my bi-weekly angles from heaven.😇
